Service was outstanding. Ebonee took care of usFood was sub par. No cheese sauce on nachos - very little cheese on grilled cheese. Chili wasn't hot. New "service" charge at the Vineland restaurant of 20% is unacceptable. If we give our server 20% - this means we pay 40% on top of food. Just charge more for food and let us tip our server based on the quality of service. We may not be back due to this policy. Especially since the kitchen was our issue.

02.24.25Emma is our server today, we haven't been here in a while so there have been some changes. There's a 20% service fee added to your check for the back staff the servers work on commission based on their sales. May be a good concept or it has to be people are working or they would have left. I ordered off the happy hour menu for my drink had the old fashion for $6 it was very good. I had the burnt ends grill cheese had burnt ends cooked with bbq sauce and then placed between a grilled cheddar cheese sandwich I also had the onion rings. Both were very good I did ask for extra bbq sauce for the sandwich was much better. The side salad was very good and fresh wife and I shared she had the meatloaf with ff said it was very good. If you have never been here before this place have a few items from the late ford vehicles engine inside and cars outside.

If you like places that look like shop garages, come here! Old school Ford vehicles decorate this open air restaurant. I had a blast with my out of state friend and her mom. Ceci our hostess was wonderful. She offered to take a picture for our group and let us know about the fun bathrooms. Cyd our waitress was excellent! She suggested the Model "A" burger with the Jalapeño creamed corn. Divine! Best customer service I've had in Orlando.

We visited Ford's Garage with my cousin and his friends. We went on a weekend in December, so parking was quite a challenge. We ended up finding parking across the street and walked over. We were able to be seated quickly. This location operates under a team service model and thus adds an automatic 20% service charge. I didn't really notice much difference in service from usual models, but usually tip 20% anyway, so it didn't bother me. Hopefully it works out well for the employees. The service was good and staff were nice. The ambience is cool. They lean into the car theme with a lot of cool details right down to the bathrooms. My bf ordered meatloaf, I ordered the chicken henry with mac and cheese and jalapeño cream corn. Others ordered chicken tenders, the brisket sandwich, and a burger. The food came out nice and hot. I enjoyed my chicken and the mac and cheese. The corn was just okay time; I found it kind of bland. I tasted my bf's meatloaf and mashed potatoes; both were good. I also tasted a bite of my cousin's chicken tender, also good. Overall, this is a cool spot and I'd return if in the area.

This is our first time in Orlando. We drove past Ford's Garage while en route to our hotel to check in. We checked in just after 9 pm and wanted to grab a bite and a cocktail. We considered McDonald's but no cocktails. We decided to try Ford's. I was a little surprised about the automatic 20% surcharge for service. I was told it was because of their team system where several different servers would be taking care of us. I asked the host what would happen if I wasn't satisfied with the level of service. He said I would be. We decided to take a chance. The decor and layout is amazing! You feel like your in a ford garage/museum. Old vintage photos everywhere, fuel station and garage repair signs everywhere you look. They also had several Model A's and T's with one suspended over the bar. We ordered wings and a High Octane burger with bacon served with fries. My wife had the Merica Mule and I had the Rewired Hot Engine Mule. The ambiance was incridible and the food and cocktails were an equal mat h. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the slow service. Other than us, there was another couple finishing up and a family ofThere was a family of four that had put their order in as we were being seated. We waited 10 minutes to order drinks. Then waited another 10 minutes to orfer food which took almost 25 minutes to arrive. We had the same waitress with the exception of the person that brought us our drinks from the bar. I'm glad we checked it out because they don't have them in Southern California. I hope their service improves.
