Don't pass this place up! Definitely worth the visit! We were just getting in from out of town and came across Fords by looking up Food on maps. Menu looked amazing! Came in and Jason was our waiter. Great personality and just all around awesome and fun. But not just him, the whole staff is always checking in on you and bringing refills. We ordered the pickles app to start (you get 5 fairly large pickles, not chips like we were thinking), but they are very good! We then shared the Chicken Mac & Cheese and the Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends Melt. Both of these were very flavorful and were just really good overall! The whole place is decked out in older car stuff and just really cool vibe!Highly recommend! Thanks for being amazing Jason!

I will try to be objective;Monday around 4:00pmFirst, the atmosphere was kind of cool/kitschy with the old Fords inside and the decor. The first thing we were met with by the host/hostess was that ALL checks automatically get a 20% gratuity added. This does NOT incentivize your servers to do a good job and in fact almost entices them into doing whatever kind of job they want. They can ignore tables or do their best, just depends on their work ethic.I read up on your website about the philosophy behind the 'service charge' and whole heartedly disagree. Any business that refuses to pay its employees their worth, isn't a business you should work for. A 'tip' is an appreciation for service, hopefully excellent service and should/would be compensated accordingly. A company with 28 locations in Fla has enough resources to find good help and pay them a livable wage and allow the public to show their approval by proper tipping, not a forced service charge. The business was NOT that busy, 4 sit down tables, 3 booths and quite a few people at the bar. It took almost 20 minutes for our server to even ask our drink orders and then about another 15 minutes before those came and our food order was taken. Another 30 minutes later our apps arrived. They were out of everything. No pretzel bites, no onion ring tower, no chocolate milk for the kids, they were even out of popular beer selections. While I get things happen, there were just way too many 'things' to make for an enjoyable visit. One of the hosts did come over and check on things and apologized that they were out of a lot of the things we were expecting to order. Oddly enough the table that came in AFTER we were seated and ordered received items that were 86'd on OUR orders. In the end, they gave us a 'discount' for the lack of items (coming back to table AFTER the order had been put in to tell us items were out of stock) but when we wanted to split the bill into two equal parts, they added in the same amount of discount that was removedI would give this place a pass. It's relying on one-visit tourists that aren't going to return. Get your one time money and be done with you.The quality of the food was average, service lack luster, no reason to make a second go of it.

I sat at the bar and McKenzie was phenomenal service wise. I ordered 2 old fashions and substituted Woodford in place of their well liquor. Unbeknownst, this raised the price $4 per drink to $16.50. At the end of service I noticed they add a SERVICE FEE to all bills charging $8 to my bill. I ordered two old fashions and one pint of angry orchard and my tab was $52 before tip. Your bartenders explained to me they did not receive a cut of your "service fees" and that it was being distributed to your bussers or cooks. Why am I paying extra to fulfill the paycheck to the people that did not serve me?

We really like the decor and the theme of this restaurant. Lots of cool things to look at while you're at the table and you definitely need to check out the bathrooms. The service was good and very attentive but the food was nothing to write home about. We'll probably give it another try in the new year just to make sure we didn't catch them on an off day.

The place was a little busy when we got there. The place is very unique with car memorabilia all around. The bathroom sink was so cool with the tire. The staff was nice. The ribs were a hit. They were very good.Mushroom Swiss burger was dry, I got it medium. Even the mushrooms and cheese didn't help. The red onions were raw so biting into a big chunk of those was not good. Our server was nice. Our party did not arrive together, so when paying for the check, once we left we found out that we double tipped. I was not aware that it was included. So that was very annoying. Do I go back in and remove my Second tip? Or leave it? I left it.We will not be back here.

We have visited other Ford's Garages in the area; this was our first visit to this location. It was typical of other locations and had the same menu. The decor featured Ford car-related items: An old Ford was above the bar, engine blocks were on display, napkins were mechanics' rags with a radiator clamp as a napkin ring, bathroom sinks were tires, and spigots were gas hoses. A team provided the service. One person took our order, different servers delivered drinks and food to our table, checked on our satisfaction, cleared our table, and took our payment. All were pleasant. We had a patty melt and a chop salad. I enjoyed the patty melt. It included French fries. They were experimenting with a new billing approach that was explained as we were seated. Our bill included a 20% service charge. Tips were optional. I understand that things are more expensive now, but I would prefer that the menus just had the actual price and included tips. Nevertheless, I would return.

On vacation here at Sunset Walk and came to Ford's Garage for a late lunch with my children. It's casual and family friendly with an upbeat vibe. The food was good and services were great. Our server, Jeffery, did a good job recommending dishes and all time favorites. Will certainly come again!

I am giving my experience at this restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant due to unprofessional and rude hostesses. I was put on the list for 15 minute wait 35 minutes later I went to check to see how the wait would be?All I got was excuses I said to her I just want a timeframe. Could you tell me how long it will be? I don't care about the excuses. She looked at me and said I'm getting a manager at that point there were two customers sitting down and they said all you asked for was a timeframe so with that I left the restaurant lack of professionalism and rudeness is unacceptable to me. I went somewhere else where I could spend my money.
