Went early on a Saturday for dinner with friends. We were seated right away and the service was ready and waiting. Our server was very pleasant, efficient and quick. The food came quickly and was hot (not always the case at other restaurants). Gluten-free options are identified on the menu, but most involve either not ordering something that usually comes with, or taking a chance on something like a gluten-free bun. Luckily, in this case, the GF bun for my burger was decent. Even so, with the bun and the size of the burger, I ended up eating my Black and Blue burger without the top bun using a knife and fork. The burger was done exactly as I had requested, and the accompanying fries were very good.I like that the service charge is included in every bill, and they make sure to let you know that. The standard charge is 20%.

Stay away from this place at all costs...And if you must eat here don't order the "ESTATE BURGER"If I knew this place had such bad reviews I would have saved myself the trouble.Ordered a large order for pick up on Uber Eats... get home and my "Estate Burger" with veggie patty is missing. I was heated. Not to mention the entire order looked a mess. I called the restaurant, she says sorry but all she can do is give me a free dessert if I come to pick up. I don't live here, we had to do an extra stop on the way home. So I passed and made a BIG MISTAKE. I ordered AGAIN. I figured this was an honest mistake that couldn't be made twice in one night.WRONG!!I ordered another Estate Burger with a veggie patty and the uber driver delivers my order with just the fries... no burger AGAIN. Now I was livid, and hungry. This was insane. I called the restaurant and she gives the phone to the manager. Guess what?!He proceeds to tell me that another woman came in upset about not having her Estate Burger and they resolved it by giving it to her but... she had an Estate Burger with "mashed potatoes." Strange. I don't even know his point for opening up and telling me this story other than to illustrate further systemic problems with this restaurant getting people their Estate Burgers. If you don't have the burger just say that... don't try to gaslight me or make it seem like my issue has been resolved - I would never order a burger a mashed potatoes (no offense to anyone that would.)The manager NEVER APOLOGIZED. He only tried to twist the situation to escape any kind of accountability. It was 9:30 pm, I was hungry and the only one in the house without food during my last night in Florida.I want to say this restaurant ruined my last night of vacation, but I don't want to give them that power. I ate my fries and some bites of my children's food.0 stars if I could - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

That brisket sandwich hit like nothing else. Honestly, I'm still thinking about it. The meat was so tender, it felt like it just gave up in the best way possible. I wasn't even chewing, just enjoying. The flavor--smoky, a little sweet, completely life-changing. Hands down the best sandwich I've ever had. I could've ordered two and probably would've if I wasn't also inhaling those wings.Speaking of, the wings--so juicy they were almost disrespectful. Like, why are other wings even allowed to exist if they're not like these? Every bite had that perfect crunch and then the inside just melted. A little messy, but the good kind of messy where you don't care if you've got sauce all over your face because you're too busy trying to get another wing before someone else at the table steals one.Our server Eric A. was an absolute legend. You know how sometimes you get a server who just *gets* it? That was him. Somehow always there right when we needed him but never hovering, just like some kind of service ninja. He had this easygoing vibe, cracked a few jokes, and made the whole meal even better. By the time dessert rolled around, it felt like we'd known the guy for years. Honestly, Eric deserves a raise, a bonus, and maybe even a statue at the front of the restaurant.

Happy hour is the way to go! Burger, fries, and a beer for $10! They have specials on drinks AND food which is such a big plus. Got seated right away and everything was fresh and hot.

We walked in on Friday at 4:30 pm and were seated immediately. We were informed before being sat that this restaurant automatically added a 20% gratuity to every party due to the fact they are an "all in" restaurant. As a former bartender server I still completely disagree with this concept because there is no personal connection to the tables and it always seems to me that the service is not great for 2 specific reasons. 1. They already know they are getting 20%. 2. Since everyone is responsible for tables then actual service is overlooked. Which is exactly what happened to us. We sat and ordered drinks which all came out at different times (Waters, a beer and kids drinks). We ordered an appetizer the Buffalo dip which was cold and tasted like straight vinegar and the chips were stale.For our main meals we ordered one kids cheeseburger add bacon which $11 dollars seemed overpriced for a kids meal. I ordered the High Octane burger Medium it came out medium rare with barely a dollop of guacamole. I was looking for a side dipping sauce for my fries and no one came by to see how we were doing I was finally able to ask someone who came to clear the table of extra plates. My table also ordered a Mac Stack medium rare and the burger came out well done. Again, no one came by to check on us so he was not able to tell them. The actual restaurant decor itself is neat but this experience was negative after the previous experience at a different location also being negative. I personally will not be checking out any more Fords restaurants.

I really wanted this place to be cool and it sure looked neat. However, my experience was not great. It started with a server giving a five minute explanation/lecture on how tips work and why. As a 25 year veteran of the service industry, I know how tips work and felt like the server set the tone at the beginning- she didn't want us there if we weren't planning to tip at least or more than 20%.The burger had the ford logo seared into the bun it looks cool but the bun was cold and stale. The chicken tenders were pretty good. The place looks cool but I probably would have had a better experience at a Chili's or another chain restaurant.

We loved the decor and the food. Our biggest complaint was we were told upfront that there is a 20% gratuity because all of the servers work as a team. I appreciate the fact that they told us upfront. I will tell you that they did not work as a team. No one ever stopped by to ask if we needed anything. No one offered to refill drinks. No one picked up dirty plates and used drinking glasses off of the table. Servers and employees walked by constantly. They definitely would not have gotten a 20% tip based on the service that we received.
