Ford's Garage Hamlin

Great food, nice price and service! Ambiance is fantastic with all the car parts as decoration! I really enjoy that!

SO many issues that we've stopped going. Last time we went, we were stuck there on a not-busy night for over 2 hours because the food took over an hour to get out. What else???Edsel's Pretzels appetizer: DISGUSTING! It's FRIED!?! WHO puts a soft pretzel in a deep fryer!? We found out b/c we thought it was loaded in butter only to find out, NOPE - Ford's puts pretzels in the fryer! So gross!One time we went, my wife ended up with a tiny burger that came out sub-rare when ordered medium well. It took over 25 minutes to get a replacement out...still rare!Next time, we were there with a friend who pointed out that the menu says burgers are 1/2 a pound!? OK, tried again...sure enough, it was 1/2 of a pound, soooo...they were low on burgers and started rationing them the first time?Speaking of sizing, sides for the Henry's chicken...always tiny.MORE...always a whole ordeal to get a table. The kids up front seem to be playing around, deciding where to put people...who's going to seat the customers.It's so much of a stressful ordeal that it's just...not.....worth it. Prices are very high, portions are small, waits are too long, air conditioning is too cold, and management is too unaware....and again, pretzels are beyond nasty! (BTW - stopped in at another location to check on if the pretzels can be baked...NOPE! They ALL fry pretzels.)

This was my first visit, and it's located in a newer development in Hamlin. The restaurant has a fun, retro vibe with lots of vintage car-themed decor, especially Ford branded. We went for lunch on a Saturday, and it wasn't too crowded. I tried the High Octane Burger, which was solid, but the onion rings were the real standout--crispy and delicious. The kids enjoyed their chicken tenders, and we kicked off the meal with Edsel's pretzels, which were a nice starter. Prices were reasonable and the service was friendly and efficient. It did take a while to get our food but it looked like they had a family party going on in the back with a larger order. Don't miss checking out the bathrooms--they're definitely not your average restaurant restrooms!

This has been a place that I've been dying to try and was very happy to finally have the opportunity to see what the rave reviews were all about. We started off with their UH-MAZE-ING jalapeño poppers. I give these a 5! If you like these, I highly recommend you try their version. Perfect amount of spice and I had the Estate burger with their crispy, delicious onion rings and I would rate this a 5. My boyfriend had the Mushroom Swiss burger on Pretzel bun with fries. He rated his a 3 out of 5. My son had the kids cheeseburger and devoured it without hesitation. He said the mashed potatoes were fantastic and ate every bit of them. The restaurant is clean and very relaxing ambiance with a cool insight to the mind of the amazing Henry Ford. The staff members are very friendly. And DON'T forget to check out the restrooms ... just go wash your hands in their sinks! They are very cool!

I Love me some Ford's Garage. What a fun, foodie, place with all it's automobilia. Cocktails have been great and I always look forward to the buffalo chicken sandwich. So much so, I'm really sort of afraid to try anything else. At least until this week.Though they expertly handled it, pushing out a raw buffalo chicken sandwich this last visit, I'm putting them on the back burner for a little while. Happens, but shouldn't. EVER.

Ambiance is great feels like you are in a very clean auto shop style. They have real model t cars around and just fun things to look at. Food and drinks are great. Over 100 beers to choose from. Server took a bit to get to us. He was attentive once he touched base and was very knowledgeable. Burgers are what they are known for and are always great. They have a good size selection of other items too.

We have previously been and find the food great. We decided to give another try. We stopped in after a movie and ordered appetizers. The restaurant has a great theme and is unique. The service was a bit in the slow side, as the restaurant was not busy. We ordered the stack of onion rings. The quality was not great and they were more like frozen ones that you buy and bring home to cook in oven. I am glad we tried it again, but will try not to return.

Come see Kasim!!!!Sat at the bar and ended up staying for dinner! She was awesome!!! Busy but we never waited. Super personal and efficient!

This was our 1st visit. I had the High Octane Burger, my husband had the Roadster, and our son had the brisket burnt ends sandwich. Everything was delicious, as were our beverages. Phoebe provided excellent service and suggestions.

Decor is awesome and fun. It was my first time at Fords Garage restaurant. They offer a wonderful kids menu as well. Service was okay in my opinion. Our server was slow and did not check on us as often as I'd hoped. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed my estate burger. The sauce on my burger complimented well with the cheese and arugula. My daughter said the Mac and cheese lacked flavor and did not have enough cheese on it. It mainly tasted like plain pasta.
