Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe has been on my list since they opened, but somehow, I always ended up elsewhere. Today, I finally made it over, and I am so glad I did. Walking in, there is a sign letting you know the pancakes take about 25 minutes. Some reviews mention the long wait, but at least they are upfront about it. Since I was not in a rush, I went for it. At the counter, Nina helped me pick my first order and recommended the tiramisu or blueberry pancake. She was very kind and had a lot of suggestions that also sounded completely delectable. I ended up choosing the signature pancake with fruit and sweet cream, plus a honey and cinnamon latte because, well, coffee. The iced latte came in an adorable cup with a panda lid, and surprisingly, it was not overly sweet, which was a nice touch.Despite the sign, my pancake was out in about 10 minutes, though I was the only one there. It arrived beautifully plated with fresh fruit, cream draped over the top, and a side of syrup. The real shock? The pancakes were unbelievably soft. My fork slid through them with zero resistance. They were also not overly sweet, which meant I did not leave feeling like I had just eaten a sugar bomb. The portion looks generous but is light enough that you do not end up uncomfortably full. At $14, I think the price is just right for the pancakes. The latte was a little on the expensive side but still enjoyable. The entire space is incredibly clean, including the restrooms, which is always a good sign. My only minor complaint was that there were no paper towels in the restroom. I let the counter staff know, but when I left and washed my hands, there were still none. Not a huge deal, just a small detail that could use some attention. Overall, the visit was very pleasant, and I will absolutely be back. Next time, the tiramisu pancake is calling my name.

Finally was able to stop by fluffy fluffy! Such a cute little place, but I was a bit disappointed in the wait time and the pancake. Upon ordering we were told it would be about 20 minutes, which already seemed a bit much but we were wiling to wait... that wait time actually doubled to about 45 minutes. We got out to go signature pancake and ended up eating it instantly to enjoy the freshness and at this point we didn't want to wait any longer. We ordered the signature pancake and dressed it up with the fruits, syrup, and whip cream but the pancake had a strong "egg" flavor. Obviously I know egg is used to make the pancakes, but despite the garnishes and syrup the pancake was heavy on the egg flavor which was not what I was expecting. The banana gave it a sweeter flavor but not enough. The staff was very kind and it was the establishment was pretty packed for a Saturday. I think after the longe than expected wait time I had higher expectations.

Rani was really kind and answered my questions, she didn't try to rush us to order and we really appreciated it. We ordered the Oreo pancakes and the Matcha white chocolate pancakes. They were light, fluffy, and airy and not too sweet. We also ordered drinks and they were so delicious. I cant wait to back and order more.

I was very excited about trying out fluffy fluffy because we recently got back from Japan and I LOVED the fluffy pancakes there. We got there about 15 minutes after open on a Saturday because I read it was very small inside with limited seating. This was a good time to arrive because the tables were already taken and all that was left were counter seats and 1 table outside (too hot). We ordered 2 lattes, 1 Nutella banana pancake, and one bacon croissant sandwich and it cost almost $50 which feels like a lot for a breakfast that isn't huge. The pancakes are made fresh and it takes 15-20 minutes to make, so just go in with that expectation. That is how they were made in Japan so I was prepared to wait a little bit.Overall the pancake was good - super light and fluffy. The whipped topping was also delicious. The flavors were not quite as good as the one I had in Japan, but honestly that could just be the flavor I ordered and the comparison of a memory. The croissant sandwich was very good! The sauce they put on it is delicious. One small con was that the utensils and topping containers are disposable - for a fairly pricy breakfast on nice plates I would expect silverware. Overall I would recommend, and I want to go back again and try a different pancake dish next time!

If you like waiting for over an hour for overpriced mediocre food.. here's your place. There were 2 people working making only one plate at a time. It was definitely not worth the wait. I had to get a Bánh mì next door to hold me over. Nice presentation though.

After having dinner we needed to get something sweet and we stopped by here. The inside is nice and they have little kiosks to order from but you can also order at the register. The staff were kind and helpful explaining the menu.We got the fluffy pancakes and some cheesecakes. I also got a peach soda. The pancakes were jiggly just like the TikTok's. They were yummy and not too sweet. The cheesecakes here are really good but heavy. I really enjoyed the Peach Soda as well.I would definitely come back here. I want to check out the Croffles next!

We went to Fluffy Fluffy around 3PM on a Saturday, and it wasn't as busy as other times. We were able to quickly order and find seating, but the pancakes do take a few minutes, which is expected as they are made to order. We got the mango fluffy pancakes, and the mango syrup and pieces tasted fresh and not too sweet. The added kiwis worked well with the mango. We also got the matcha cheesecake, which was very dense and very matcha forward but a cool option I'd you're into matcha flavor.Lastly, we got a strawberry matcha latte, which had crushed strawberries, but the strawberry lavender refresher was the star and really worth the try.

Located right off colonial, they have their own parking lot, which I love. The location is very cute and has a mix of table and booth seating. You can order via computer or you can go up to the counter. The design was very cutesy and well done.I really enjoyed the variety of drink options as well as both sweet and savory food options. I got the croissant/waffle sandwich and it was phenomenal! The aoli that was on there took it to the next level and flakiness on the pastry was just divine. Regarding the fluffy pancakes, they were not my thing. I prefer something that has a chew to it. Taste great but texture wise is like pancake foam. Overall would for sure go back for the teas, drinks and the pastries. Loved it!

I was craving pancakes and am so glad I found this place! The pancakes were so jiggle and FLUFFY! Great texture and very flavorful. The cream on top was also delicious. My only disappointment was that they charge you for syrup which I think is crazy. How do you have a pancake store and charge for syrup.. that makes no sense.

Fluffy Fluffy makes visually stunning Japanese pancakes, but unfortunately, the taste didn't live up to the presentation. The pancakes were much too eggy for my liking, which was quite disappointing. On top of that, the ordering process was impersonal and frustrating--there's no option to order from a human, only through a kiosk. When checking out, the kiosk automatically sets a tip at 15%, even though you have to serve yourself and pick up your own food. I don't understand why I'm tipping 15% for doing most of the work myself. You are able to change this tip fee if you notice. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired.
