Fixtion Orlando

My friends and I came to Orlando for a weekend vacation and wanted to go out on a Sunday night not knowing what to expect. We walked around the downtown area and found Fixtion which had a $10 cover. The place wasn't too busy and the songs were good! A lot of Latino music which makes sense for the demographic but it switched up at times which was a nice balance. The vibes were overall good but we really hit it off with the two female bartenders. They were so nice, helpful, and slayful! Overall, our drinks were good and we enjoyed our time there.

I wound up at Fixtion after work, lured in by a Facebook ad promising a burger special. I live two blocks away, so I figured, why not? I wish I'd stayed home and made ramen instead. There would have been much less sports on tv then at least.Walking in, I was greeted by a bartender who seemed more confused about their own menu than I was. After some back-and-forth, we finally got the burger special sorted out.The draft beer selection? It's giving college frat party. Think the kind of beers that pair best with a solo cup and a game of beer pong. When the burger arrived, it was... shiny. Not in a good way. Very much lived its life as a frozen puck of meat before being reborn into...this. The amount of oil and juices dripping from it could lubricate a small engine which is very telling of a frozen hockey puck. Flavor-wise, it was meh at best. The fries were fine, but only in that "they exist" kind of way.The only thing holding this burger special together is the price: a burger, draft beer, and a shot of hard liquor for under $25 is impressive. But then we get to the part where I paid in cash, got charged a credit card fee anyway, and my bartender just took the cash without so much as asking if I needed change.I did.Between the lackluster food, drinks that scream "budget dorm room," and service that assumes tips are their birthright, I won't be back. Fixtion, you had one shot--literally and figuratively--and you missed.

Let me just start by saying my fit was absolute fire. I mean I was looking like a double platinum grade a certified city boy. I was damn near getting everyone paid and laid in that place. But the real reason I'm here is that one of the bartenders treated me like I'm some dirty hobo. I was macking on my side pieces all around and it was blatant disrespect. She was side eyeing my side piece and doing the most to ignore my elite presence. The audacity... When I say gatekeeping the tequila sheesh it was like it was the prohibition era. Eye contact and I was getting hit with the wait one minute finger. All that was needed was to pour wine which was already free. She acted like she was Elon musk assembling the first space X rocket. Needless to say recommend 8/10 just get obnoxiously loud and the service gets top tier. I regret nothing.

My salad was fresh, good portions and priced right even with the additional protein. We went for lunch and I felt service was a little slow for not many customers but ultimately worth the wait.

My boyfriend and I came here. The vibe was good, and uplifting. Good service and the food was a 10/10!! Definitely will have to come back for their dinner menu.

Food, location, and environment is awesome here but service definitely sucks. Unless you're someone the bartenders know, you're unlikely to be served in a timely manner. Basically just a bunch of bartenders that don't give a **** if you need a drink or anything else.

Such a fun place! Love how it's a restaurant with amazing food during the day and then turns into one of my favorite places to go drinking and dancing at night.

Just left brunch on sunday 8-18 and i will be honest and say my food was amazing. Service was alittle slow. My main issue for the day is a big one. While sitting at the bar waiting receive my order. Came out a mouse ran into a seating section where a party of 6 was having a good time. fortunately my waitress and i saw it l. When i mentioned it to her she went she got the manager. Born and raised in new york city i didnt make a big deal about it nor did i want to cause a scene. Lovely waitress apologized for the mouse and her manager Connor was really unapologetic, he stated he would comp my $4 lemonade (LOL) from my $60 breakfast. Terrible conor shouldve done better

Great food and service when I went in for lunch. It had a nice vibe and the bartender was helpful.

Took 8 minutes and us asking if we were going to be waited on to get service. Food was good but very spicy, which menus do not state. Was charged $75 for 5 drinks, when manager came to table she stated the bartender was just lazy and did not ring them in correct. She did correct it. Server was very nice but did not write anything down and forgot our beer and one of appetizers. I would never go back!!
