Five Guys

I was in thebmood for a quick and simple burger withbsome bacon. Five guys had the fix for me. Although this is my goto location i have to say they haven't let me down yet the service was great as usual and the foodbwas fresh and hot. No long line and i didnt have to wait long. It really was five outbof five on this visit.

Usually when I get fries it's the cup and they add more fries to the bag. This was all I got? For $4.29? I could've gone somewhere else for some fries this is ridiculous. (Mind you this cup is as small as a water cup) NOT WORTH IT. Next time I'm checking my bag, nope jk I'll go to another location lol I'm good.

On occasion, either as a treat to myself after a really good workout, or a really bad day, (or just as a break from the constant "rabbit food" elect to eat every day for every meal) I'll go to Five Guys and treat myself to 2 doubles with everything and just absolutely destroy them in short order. It's not typically my goal to finish them before the person behind me even gets their order, but often that's exactly what happens. Their burger are some of the best around after all.No special orders, no fries (not a huge fan of their fries honestly), no peanuts (they hurt my tummy now that I'm old), no drink and no shake. Just back to back (to back) wonderfully greasy yet crispy burgers hammered down my gullet like someone eager to impress on a first date; my only dessert being the open mouthed looks of horror from the pale teenager as he sees some big ogre devour the food he just made like a death row inmate eating his last meal.Today however, was a special treat; the elderly couple seated next to me got to witness what I'm sure they assumed to be a man possessed by the spirit of a highly territorial chihuahua wharf down his food all before they had even begun their fries. Confused horror was plastered across the woman's face as I left before the number after mine could even be called out.So far my personal best is 3 double cheeseburgers back to back to back, but I feel I can do better. Perfect burgers.

This place does not disappoint, the food is what you would expect from a Five Guys location and once they take your order the food comes out in a timely manner.

Five Guys produces a great burger, but my experience at this location was less then stellar. The burger is cooked to order so I don't mind the wait, but due to the quality of food we received the wait was unjustified.I live within a few mile radius. By the time we got home not only were the fries cold, but you could tell they had been sitting for a while. We both threw our fries out.The burger was decent, although quite dry and was missing a condiment I asked for. Another visit is warranted to see if it was an "off day", but seeing as this was the first time I've had Five Guys in quite some time it won't be anytime soon.

A couple of weeks ago, I spent $15 on a silly custom-made burger that had no flavor from this Five Guys locatiion. Today I got a BBQ Big Buford at Checkers on Maitland Blvd for $6. What a HUGE difference!Go there instead. You'll thank me later!

Best milkshakes. You can get as many topping as you want for 3.99. Didn't feel like any burgers just came for a milkshake to go. If you love fries this is the place to go. Love that you can put as many topping on our burger and not be charged unless you get cheese. If you like thin milkshakes like I do then you will love this milkshake but if you like them super thick then request it.

Please do yourself a favor and never step foot in this slop shop. The food is horrible and the management is even worse. The general manager looks like he just crawled out of a homeless encampment, after smoking crack all night. I had a horrible experience yesterday with my food and I was told from the female store manager to come back the following day with the original credit card that was used and they would refund my money. I went in there tonight, with every intention on getting my refund like I was promised, and the general manager got up in my face, shouting at me, wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, refused to refund my money, and acted like a total buffoon. I got the corporate office phone number, and immediately filed a report with them. Horrible customer service skills and, obviously, they've never heard that the customer is always right. He should've been more than gracious to give me a refund and apologetic about the bad food. The GM has zero people skills and should not be in that line of business. I will never eat in that restaurant again and I advise everyone to steer clear of it. They're obviously hard up for money, and treat customers very poorly!!

The the hamburger and fries were so bad I had to drive back to the store to return. The manager was apologetic and agreed he would not eat the stuff that was served to. Burnt hamburger, soggy fries and very tired bun. I will never go to any five guys restaurant again I don't know why this place is so popular

Ate at this place today & ordered a little burger plain with only lettuce,tomato & pickle. Received my burger with brown pieces of lettuce & tomato scrap. They did replaced both lettuce & tomato upon my request. I felt paying almost $8 for that burger I what I got was disappointing. Presentation is-important to me regardless of where I eat.
