Five Guys has excellent burgers! I went to this location in Sand Lake and had a good experience. The staff welcomed us when we walked in, and I liked that type of customer service.Here, you don't have your typical combo options; you order everything separately. What I like about Five Guys is that you can customize toppings for your burger or select their "All the Way" option with a selected group of toppings.We ordered a little cheeseburger, a little bacon burger, and a little hamburger. We went with the little one because the regular burger has a big portion. The fries portion is big, too, so we ordered large fries to share. If you are into knowing where your food comes from, they have a board saying where the potatoes used for the fries come from.They have the Coca-Cola-free-style machine. Oh and I almost forgot... you can grab free peanuts from a buckets.The Sand Lake location was clean, and the staff was friendly. Despite its proximity to a high-traffic area, there was plenty of parking available.

Satisfied our craving! My mom, aunt, and I came in today for a late lunch/early dinner before they dropped me off at the airport. The service is friendly and kind, and the ambiance is casual and comfortable. As always, the food is fresh and hot and a good portion size! I got a little cheeseburger with my toppings of choice and shared an order of regular sized fries with my family. I love dipping both my fries and burger in the malt vinegar. It's addictive! Thanks for serving us--always a good time!

It's been a long time since I've been at this location but nothing has changed. They still have great food and friendly service. Five guys might be all about burgers and fries but sometimes you just have to have a hot dog. I walked in just before 1:00 in the afternoon and there was one person in the place. Not exactly the rush time though. I ordered myself a bacon dog and kept it pretty simple they're just mustard, pickles and drill jalapenos. And also got myself a few peanuts on the side because I like peanuts. Always a tasty addition when you're in any of their locations. My food was prepared perfectly and tasted great. Anytime I have a chance to dine at one of their locations it's always a good experience. This is a good size location with plenty of seating available.

I did a take out order, Everything was great I waited on fresh fries and the staff was very courteous and thoughtful to let me know. I would recommend this place to everyone

I've come here a few times maybe about three and each and every time I've had great service and the food has been great. One thing about five guys is their food is always fresh made to order. Even though I ordered a small fry, they filled the bag up with fries, which is great. I would recommend dipping the fries and the A1 sauce so delicious. What I do is go on the app and order a grilled cheese sandwich and add a patty then I add grilled onions to it with A1 steak sauce. You will not be disappointed.

Love 5 guys. Always a good spot for a quick burger that tastes good. Sometimes it can be hit or miss with the fries being too oily though which is my only complaint however I definitely LOVE five guys and have for years and will continue to go back. I especially love going inside and being able to eat peanuts while I wait for my burger to be done. Definitely a staple burger joint.

Five Guys is where you wanna go for some goooood greasy fattening food. It seems like Five Guys is pretty consistent as a whole, burgers are a good size and the always over filled fries that make the bag dark brown with grease. Food usually comes out pretty fast and fresh. Fries could be crispier. But burgers are always on point! Sloppy and delicious. Also they have a coke freestyle machine which is always a little plus. The service isn't the best and the employees aren't very friendly but I don't have to interact with them often so that's not too important. Overall they're awesome for a quick filling meal!!

This Five Guys is pretty average. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Our cashier had poor communication skills but the associate cleaning the restaurant was very personable and pleasant. Two of us ordered a BLT with small fries and the third person ordered a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and taste great. Both of the BLT sandwiches disappointed. The bacon taste burnt and crumbled when you bit into it. The pieces of bacon turned into many pieces that kept falling out of the bun. It was like eating a sandwich with a pile of baco's bacon flavored bits poured over a single tomato slice and some lettuce. I would never recommend this sandwich at this location. All three fries were cooked to order and were very good.

We came here ironically after we got tested for Covid with the results being negative. It was the first time in a long time for us to eat out. We saw that there was an outdoor seating area which also steered us to get food here. Inside there were only 4 people so there was plenty of room for social distancing. However the wait was a little long for only 4 customers which I didn't understand. Tables were marked off where you can or cannot sit at for social distancing. We wound up eating in our car cause the patio seating was wet due to rain!

I waited 5 minutes nobody comes to take my order nobody is in there expect this employee sitting at a table washing his shoes . And it's all dirty everywhere they don't clean you can see I don't know what they are busy with
