Everytime I come here they are always so friendly and I truly appreciate it! Their food is delicious and they always show me where to get good and nutritious food! I highly recommend them if you need something quick, yummy, and healthy!

This is one of my favorite spots to get packaged meals. It is convenient and makes meal planning easy. Fitlife offers a variety of meals that are delicious. Some meals come in different sizes and nutritional content/value to accommodate individual needs. Staff is friendly and always accommodating. With an immediate greeting upon entering, staff members are willing to help and assist. Even for more frequent visitors, staff is there to point out new arrivals and offer any help needed. Two cool things about Fitlife are their improved reward program and sustainability initiatives. When a customer returns the containers (clean, of course), points are added to their account. Points, when enough are accumulated, can be then used towards credit for purchases. The new program had changes to the amount of points needed. I can't remember the specifics. Even before the change, I didn't really keep track. It became a pleasant surprise when I had enough points to get $10 off. The containers are the recycled.

There are various types of meals according to your taste! They even provide a military discount! I highly recommend all to come and explore this local business!

I've been here twice and on both occasions the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The company offers healthy, ready to eat meal options. Store in your fridge and when ready, just heat (microwave) and eat. In store, the meals are sectioned into breakfast, lunch/dinner, and snacks. From there the meals are grouped as one size, small, medium, and large. Options include vegan, low carb, and gluten free. Buy one, buy several, it's all up to you. Meals are to be refrigerated and will last 5-6 days.I've tried a couple of the lunch/dinner items and found them to be really good. My favorites thus far have been the Chicken Pesto Tortellini and the Macacha Chicken Tamale. I get the medium size and that has been plenty for dinner. I had one large and it was too much to finish. I've been on a weight loss journey this year and had hit a plateau. Replacing dinner with these meals, most nights of the week, has helped me break the plateau and get back on track. Its an easy meal option that helps eliminate the need for a fast food run during a busy day.Perks: Save 20 of their containers and bring back for $10 off. They also have Member Meal Accounts to save up to 10%. Home delivery options available. The only con is the location. The plaza gets busy and the exit with the traffic light to get back onto Sandlake gets backed up.

Incredible find! This amazing new place is a life saver. If you like to eat flavourful food, have healthy options, and super convenient packaging, this is the place for you!I attended the grand opening on 04/28/2016. I was immediately greeted by the super friendly Alison, David, Hailey, and Chef Andrew. Each person had so much knowledge to share about the food and awesome concept. Basically think of spending about 100 hours prepping, cooking, and portioning hundreds of meals. Yep, that's what happened for you to have a healthy, yummy refrigerated meal that is packaged and easy to warm up immediately. There were rows and rows of prepared foods including snacks, meals, and even desserts! All meals were packaged and ready to take home immediately. They have a "flavour box" to heat anything up if you can't wait to get home. Run, do not walk, to check them out.

I came across Fitlife Foods when I had to find a FedEx Kinkos and this location was convenient to get to and park at (read: free parking). The shop is located below an apartment complex.I'm by no means a clean eater. I do care about my health though, at least moderately and most of the time, lol. I like healthy food options, even more so if they're tasty. Intrigued I went inside after running my errand.They sell healthy prepared meals in reusable and microwaveable plastic containers. All of the nutrition info is available and they have a wide variety of meals that suit different tastes, goals, and different times of day (they offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks).I got the Greek meatballs and the roasted chicken sausage with kale based off a friendly staff recommendation. Though both were flavorful and filling, I did like the latter just a bit more.Basically, if you're too lazy or too busy to meal prep (both describe me), this is a great place to pick up a healthy, delicious meal or two...or three. I definitely hope to return!

I have to say I recently started going to FitLife Foods to make my meal decisions during the week easier and to save time. I really like that I am able to eat the nutritious offerings they have without having to make them. I have tried similar delivery/frozen services prior and none of them stack up to these guys, at least not for me. A couple of my favorites...Portobello SteakPaleo sloppy joes Chicken pad ThaiShrimp and "grits" Chicken enchilada bake There are plenty more awesome items, but that is a sneak peak! Go check these guys out!

I love trying out different meal plans and found Fit Life to be excellent. The taste and variety of their foods is awesome. I was able to go to the store and pick up a wide selection to try out. I was concerned the freshness will go away after a few days but it did not. Taste delicious!

It was my first time going this past Saturday and all I've got to say is that their customer service was amazing ! They were so helpful and had even recommended putting certain items in the air fryer to make them extra yummy !!! Another thing that I liked is that they have a recycle program for their containers which gives you money off towards your next order . They also have a reusable bag discount if you come with your own :)
