First Watch

The service here is always excellent, and the online waitlist is amazing to utilize when the wait is long. The restaurant itself is very clean and decorated in a farmhouse style. I love that they have seasonal menu specials, and I enjoy trying whatever juice is new for the season. I will continue to beg them to bring back the pineapple express juice, as I am still mourning its disappearance. The avocado toast is my go-to here. They give you a mountain of avocado, and I love the touch of a fresh lemon slice to squeeze on top. They also provide hot sauce at the table, which is amazing on the avocado toast. This dish normally comes with eggs on the side, but I have never had an issue swapping them for potatoes or cheese grits. I have been here more times than I can count, and I cannot wait for my next visit.

I haven't been here in a couple years and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it this time. The menu had so many fresh and delicious options, including fun drinks. The service was friendly and prompt. There was local art and the restaurant was super clean. I will definitely be going back soon.

I love that they have a waitlist! We didn't end up needing it since they were not busy at 9:30 am during the week. We went as a family and everyone got something different and it all came out exactly how we ordered.Our server was fantastic and came around multiple times to make sure we were okay!Love that the menu changes seasonally and makes it exciting to come in all the time.

I like First Watches. Out of all the trendy brunch chains places around town, First Watch and ABEC really are just so good. So I was off work one day, and wanted a delicious brunch. I invited some friends out, and we settled on this place. We got on the call ahead list, got seated promptly when we arrived, and started canvasing this intimidating menu. There are a lot of things on their menu, and the problem is that they all sound amazing. How do you choose? Well, I choose by having the server choose for me. Our delightful server told me that she was really feeling,The Works Omelet (Ham, bacon, sausage, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms, onions and tomatoes with Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Topped with all-natural sour cream) with a side of Fresh, Seasoned Potatoes and an English Muffin. So that's what I got. Not a giant omelet, but it was cooked well, and it was stuffed to the brim with the meaty fillings. Not too greasy. The potatoes were even better. Go look at the picture. Certain sides of the potatoes were burnt, which is absolutely perfect in my mind. I don't know if people look at reviews for First Watches. But if you're reading this, I vouche for this place. A very diverse menu with something for everyone and a good amount of food so you won't leave hungry. Come.

First watch is always a reliable choice for breakfast that has outstanding meals. You can count on First Watch to have seasonal menu items as well which keeps it from getting stale. Despite this being the closes First Watch to my home, this was the first visit to this particular location. It can tend to be busy on weekends and peak times of course, but overall is a nice environment. The parking lot for this are is not huge, but I have never had issues finding any parking when needed. At worst case scenario, there is a larger lot towards the back of the shopping center that is more than enough. While here i had the Parma Hash skillet and million dollar bacon. The skillet was really last and cooked nicely. It included potato hash browns, eg, & park of course! The million dollar bacon is always fantastic. Its kinda expensive for a few pieces of bacon (not a million dollars, but still not cheap) but it s great thick-cut bacon. My wife ordered the French toast which also came with 2 strip of back (not the million dollar bacon) the French totals was thick cut and tasty as well. A great meal!

Great brunch today. We asked for a booth, and didn't have to wait at all. The server was awesome, and the food good. The churros were the best here!

Excellent and Delicious!Had breakfast here with my two buddies that I have known for over 43+ years.The food and atmosphere are awesome!One has the tomato soup and grilled sandwich.Another had the hazy with eggs on top.I had the yogurt bowl with fresh fruit and a pancake with banana granola topping. Nice big bowl of yogurt covered with fresh fruit! Yummy!The pancake was delicious too!Everyone was very satisfied with their meals!We will be back as soon as we can!

Food was good and I usually love first watch but not this one. Our server was unsanitary to say the least and quickly had me disgusted to where I couldn't eat anymore.

We have gone to First Watch many times since they first opened in Oviedo. A few years back, we stopped going because the service had become so slow, inattentive and unresponsive. The quality of the food has always been good, but the service was so frustrating that I didn't care to go back. A couple weeks ago, my wife said "how about First Watch?" after we had pulled into the parking lot for lunch at Irish 31. Groaning inside, I reluctantly agreed, hoping that they would at least be acceptable again. We had the absolute best experience at First Watch that day, and it was primarily due to our server, Tia! She was fantastic - friendly, attentive, timely and helpful. Within 10 days, we went back for brunch and we were so pleased that Tia waited on us again. Our prior visit wasn't a fluke, and she maintained her excellent level of service.First Watch of Oviedo are fortunate and blessed to have Tia working with them. She has turned around my perceptions of the restaurant, and we will be repeat customers again.
