We were staying at a hotel nearby and came here for a weekday brunch. Service was excellent. Jacob was our server and he was on top of everything. Food was brought out quickly; he was super attentive and did an awesome job.I ordered the million dollar breakfast sandwich which is a seasonal offering. The breakfast sandwich comes with their million dollar bacon, pork sausage, an egg, Gouda, arugula, and Mike's Hot Honey, all served between an English muffin. It was a tasty sandwich overall, primarily due to the crispy bacon and slightly sweet, slightly spicy hot honey, though it was a bit sticky to eat. Compared to the other "lunch" sandwiches, it was on the smaller side, but it was protein-packed. The sandwich also comes with mixed greens that are lightly dressed in a lemon balsamic. The dressing was quite light as it didn't taste like much, but you are able to request additional dressing from the kitchen. If I were to order the sandwich again (which I would), I would probably swap out the salad for another side.When you're done with your meal, you can take your check and pay at the register; there's also an option to scan a QR code on the receipt to close out the bill that way. They do offer a military discount - $5 off the check with ID. This was a solid brunch spot in the UCF area.

I had not eaten at a First Watch since we moved here from Charlotte about three years ago. They had a deal around Thanksgiving that if you purchase a $50 gift card you received a $10 bonus bucks gift card that expires 2/23/25. It was getting close to my $10 expiring so I decided I needed to go for breakfast on my way to school. When I looked at the terms for the bonus gift card, I noticed you could use it for an online order so I chose that instead of eating in the restaurant. In my order, I indicated that I needed utensils, but I did not receive any of my bag. There were no napkins either. Luckily I had some extra things in my car so I was able to eat. I would have preferred. The potatoes be cooked more, but everything was fine. I was mainly disappointed by the fact that I went to use my $50 gift card and the balance on it was zero even though I never used it. I put in a ticket so we'll see what happens. I probably won't be buying any more digital gift cards in the future.

Part of the First Watch franchise near University of Central Florida. Nice, clean venue with a relaxed atmosphere. I only had two Morning Meditations (orange, lemon, turmeric, ornanic ginger, agave nectar and a splash of beet juice). The service by Kristen was attentive and very friendly. Will come again!

I had brunch here today as a take out. I'm not sure if it's just the times I go, but this location is surprisingly not as busy as I would expect being near the college. This is just one of the many First Watch locations around Florida. I find their food to be pretty consistent no matter which one you go to. I always get one of the hashes (either the seasonal or the market hash) and it's so much food for the price! Very filling. They have the ambiance and feel of being a "healthier" brunch option. I'd recommend a visit.

I ordered the traditional breakfast to share with my boyfriend, and we swapped the toast this time for sourdough. The food was really good per usual and their bacon IS TO DIE FOR. Staff is amazing! The ambiance is nice. The parking spots are tight. The French toast is wonderful! The Parma skillet hash was a little too greasy and super salty. My wife got an omelet and her regular skillet potatoes were super salty. It was good but not great.But the waitress was super nice and it was packed. She didn't care for the bread either.

First watch is one of my favorite breakfast chains. I really appreciate the healthy meal options as well as how versatile the menu is for both breakfast and lunch.This is a very high volume location as the restaurant is right off of University Boulevard, near UCF. They do not accept reservations but I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a table though.I came with my coworkers for our Holiday staff meal and we had a wonderful experience. Our server was attentive, the food was great and the place is clean. We come here often and always enjoy it.

I came here during my visit to Florida and I was very excited to try it! I'm such a big brunch person! They had a huge variety of food (breakfast,brunch,lunch) as well as drinks that anyone would be able to find something to eat. The waitress was amazing! Super good energy and very friendly. The place had a lot of seating and was farmhouse theme going on. I had an egg sandwich with egg, bacon, avocado, lemon glaze arugula with a side of potatoes. I ate every last drop and it was so good! Perfect portions. I would absolutely come here again since I want to try their French toast next time.

Great breakfast/brunch spot. It's a chain, they're literally everywhere, and the quality is consistently good at each one we've been to. This one near UCF was no exception. Bit of a wait, but we were there at 11 am on a Saturday, so it was expected. Food was fast & delish.

Highly recommend!! Service was so nice! Food cooked fresh and came out pretty quick too. My family happened to sit outside because it was cold inside, but it was a nice open dining room. Found it interesting you could only cash out with the front host rather than server, but it was no issue. Everything was really perfect.
