Great spot for quick coffee and a snack adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton lobby. Super helpful employees, delicious baked goods, gelato and gorgeous lattes. They also have lovely little gift items, like boxed candies.

Good food for a spot like this and the service was extraordinary...I ordered and my latte was ready within 2 minutes and they were busy. The sandwich also came out quickly as well...overall great impression for somewhere that I would not typically enjoy a meal. Had several option and also cakes, pastries, and croissants. More than coffees they had juices, water, and fruits to go along with other choices. The friendly staff made it great and did excellent with serving each person that ordered and giving them direct attention throughout their order. Great choice for a quick bite or a nice cup of coffee (other options).

So, before I begin, I figured I would let you know that I'm not a huge Coffee guy. I mainly drink Dunkin Donuts coffee and I don't go to any fancy coffee places, however while staying at the Ritz in Orlando, I was in dire need of caffeine before heading out to the pool in the morning with the family, so I figured I would grab a quick one from the "FirstDrop" located in the lobby of the hotel.I decided to go with the Caramel Iced Frappe and I got to say it was really good, both my wife and I were really impressed. The cashier/barista recommended it after we told her what we usually drink and like.The store also had some distance marking signs and employees wearing masks due to COVID.In addition, they have other food goods, such as cereals, chips, pastries, deserts, etc.In addition, they even have a large Moana made out of chocolate.It's not something, I would go out of my way for, but if you are staying at the Ritz, I would definitely suggest getting your coffee from here instead of using their complimentary coffee and maker in your room.

We got acia bowl but it wasn't good at all it was just like a melted smoothie not even that good at all not even frozen either the fruit was okay there was barley any coconut flakes and granola don't come here if you want a melted acia bowl.
