So very sad to give this place a one star! I absolutely love fire house subs and was craving a tuna sub for the longest time! All I wanted yesterday was a tuna sub from here! My husband found one as we were getting ready to go to a doctor appointment, so we drove a bit of a way to this one. We ordered our subs and waited for them to be done. The ice machine was not working in the soda machine, and they did not Have all of the different soda flavors that the Coke machine normally has.We got our sandwiches and were going to eat inside but it was freezing so we decided to take it to go. Not only did we have to have hot drinks, but my sub was completely filled with lettuce! There was barely any tuna, I should have taken a picture of it, but I was so hungry so I just ate one side of the bread and put all of the tuna on it. There was so much bread left over because there was no tuna covering it. The entire sandwich was full of shredded lettuce! I asked for cheese as well and there was no cheese on it. I also asked for it to be toasted and she said that she would, it was not toasted. I couldn't believe it was terrible! Made me really sad! I would not visit this location again. I was still so hungry, I had to eat something else afterwards!

I love firehouse subs. Great flavor. But the crew on Saturday night 9/4/21 were not welcoming. Seems like we were a bother. BTW no tea. I will come back for food it not service.

I went in and ordered two subs for lunch today. While the service was decent, the subs were not. I got both the steak and cheese and hook and ladder on white bread, but the bread was obviously not fresh and ruined the whole sub. I ended up picking half of it off. Will not be returning to this location unfortunately.

I was hoping this would have been a great location when we are in the mood for Firehouse- but not certain I'll come back to this one. The sub was hardly steamed, but I thought' 'oh well' it'll be okay- - nope..... the bread was stale. If you know your bread isn't as fresh & your business is that you steam subs - why on earth wouldn't you be steaming them enough

The food is almost always incorrect in some way or another. Order is routinely messed up and often times it is only when ordering online. Which means theres no way to see the workers make the mistake. I ordered a plane simple ham and cheese sub and ended up with it having peppercorns on it. I couldn't even eat it cause it was so spicy.

Ordered a Hook and ladder No cheese and guess what my sub has cheese and I'm allergic called the store not to complain but to have another one because we had it deliver they can't do it I need to pick up and that was not the case. We'll know we need to call Uber when Uber did not make my sandwich No more firehouse

Food was good but our bag had grease all over the edge which would not be good on your clothes. They need to be more concise of wiping gloves off before handing to customers.

I tried giving this location a second chance, and once again same horrible service. Half of the sandwich had no meat on it, and I immediately returned it. TRAIN YOUR STAFF! If they can't follow your company standards, then they shouldn't be working there.
