Got a beef and cheddar. Standard and good. Expensive for a sandwich but prompt service on a Togo

The worst. Rude staff. $6.50 for a miniscule sandwich with ONE piece of cheese, ONE tomato and 5 olives!!!!! Just absolutely awful.

This place was fast and service was friendly. I grabbed a sub and soup both tasted great and Were made fresh. I would definitely come back to this location again if I was looking for a sub.

Nice sub place. The Dalmatian table tops are so cute. Your child can even get a fire hat with their meal. The brisket cheddar sub is out of this world! If you are not a sub eater you can also get a salad with or without chicken, ham,or turkey, salami , they also have firehouse chili and loaded potato soup. make sure to try all the sauces

If I could give 0 stars I would ! DO NOT EAT HERE ! Working here & eating here is terribly disgusting & discouraging , I was given unfair treatment the whole time, the boss & my coworkers were very rude & sexist because I was the only African American female working there . I was cussed at & yelled at for no reason during the rush hour . Recently I was fired even though I was going to quit. I was fired for " inconsistency" & because the team was small which I don't understand because I was very consistent & showed up to work every day plus why would you fire me if you needed the help even after 3 of my coworkers quit ? After I told them how I felt about the situation I was completely ignored. I was the only told by my boss to wear a hair net just for one day until the health inspector left . The cheese is moldy , the steak & chicken are green, the salad is bad & moldy , the vegetables that were used were bad & was told to only cut the moldy parts off . The freezers are disgusting , the office is cluttered & filled with dust , the pantry that is used to store mayo & other ingredients is disgusting , the ice machine is leaking , the men's bathroom is disgusting & everyone refuses to clean the inside of the toilet , the toaster is never cleaned , The portions of food are cruel . Only 20 minute breaks even though I've been standing on my feet for hours . The boss refused to set up my direct deposit for my check & I was only getting physical checks that I had to deposit & wait 5 days for to get the money that I worked for . Working here & eating here is terrible I seriously do not recommend working here or eating here !

Food generally prepared well.... However one indicator I always look for in a chain is if the soap dispensers in the bathroom work (the same restroom the employees use).For the past few visits, they've consistently been broken. This is beyond concerning. I'm going to refrain from this place for awhile.Beware...

Paid $16 for a sandwich I waited 20 minutes for.The sandwich wasn't worth $16 or 20 minutes. Friendly staff but they need to get their ____ together. Won't be visiting this location again.

Horrible customer service. I go to Firehouse subs all over Florida and have never had an issue. The young curly haired girl needs a lesson in customer service. I'll never visit this location again.

Unfortunately this Firehouse location doesn't see the need to keep their tables for eating in-house clean - why are they worried about social distancing when the tables for customers to eat their meals on are filthy & full of dirty napkins and such. I also don't understand why the drink cups are left right where the customer stands... But an even bigger issue is the attitude from who I believe was the manager or owner. He was making smart ass comments to customers - and no, not sarcasm or joking sad to say!!We love the thought of visiting a franchise that is in support of Firefighters- but I truly don't believe this manager (or owner) follows the Firehouse standards.
