Firehouse Subs

Ordered for pickup and it was ready on time. Pretty busy for a Thursday afternoon. I always order the Hook and Ladder sub, it's my favorite. You have to get the hot sauce on the side , it's not really "hot" in my opinion more sweet than anything but great flavor. Large dining area and they have a Coca Cola freestyle machine

I have been coming to this location for years and have noticed over the past few - it (along with so many other establishments) has gone down hill. I remember when firehouse was notorious for piled high meats and quality food. This spot definitely missed the mark. Ordered online and my order was incorrect when I picked it up. Turkey sandwich was missing condiments. The bread has gotten noticeably thinner- reminds me of JJs slim sandwiches. Oh and there was a piece of ham hidden in the turkey. Just low quality- sloppy presentation. Not what I remembered and not worth $13. Better off going to LaSpadas.

My first and last time coming to this establishment. I drove from work on my lunch break which is 30 minutes. I get there only to be told that they would open at 1pm when the door was open and the sign says 1030 am so I had to go elsewhere for lunch. Thanks for nothing

I traveled NC,SC, and VA every time haven't eaten at a Firehouse Subs, it's is always good and no different here in FL. They were on the spot from greeting me when I walked in to delivering an awesome Italian quickly and delicious.

Uh oh. Not good. Exterior sign burned out. Parking lot empty. Walking into Firehouse on a Fri night at dinner time and seeing a single solitary customer is not a good sign. We should've taken these obvious clues that something is not well as a not so subtle hint we should skip Firehouse & move on. But we ignored everything & ordered 2 sandwiches. We love Firehouse.The good:Two very young but pleasant employees.Quick service (because we were the only customers?).The bad:Stale bread.Dry over-steamed meat.Minimal vegetables - a single tomato on each sandwich half + a tiny smidge of lettuce with a few small onion slices.Poorly constructed sandwiches - glops of painfully dry meat clustered in the center with nary a speck on the outer edges of both sandwiches.Our take:We gave this Firehouse 2*'s for the two nice employees who at least tried. If you like Firehouse, you better hurry. We suspect this place will be out of business within the next few months.And where's the bacon add-on we paid extra for? The most positive thing we encountered - these two young employees that are so pleasant. Even though our sandwiches were poorly made, with stale bread and skimpy toppings, under the proper training we agreed both would be welcome additions to a motivated restauranteur who would just invest a little time teaching by them. Farewell Firehouse. Feels like we hardly knew you.

We go here often, but no more. The service has been deteriorating for quite some time. Tonight was the last straw - asked to wait "a" minute when calling in our order. After being ignored for 15 minutes, tried to all back and the phone was busy for another 10 minutes. This is not the first time their phone service was poor. I've tried, in a very friendly manner, to share with them prior issues they have with phone in orders.Arrived at the facility and they had my order under the wrong name. Argued with me about my name...... rude and unapologetic service...By the time all was resolved the sandwich was cold, I was upset and the order was still wrong!!!! No pickles????This location needs anew manager to train staff about customer service. I'm done here.

I came to this place and ordered a large and medium corned beef sandwich.When I got home I took a bite and had a mouth of fat. I opened the sandwich and could not believe what I saw. Take a look at the pictures.I called the restaurant and they told me I could see the manager in the morning.I told them I had to go to work in the morning and was unable to eat this. They told me I could come back. I drove the 6 miles back to the store.They told me the could replace the large one but not the medium one because it looked good.I showed them the online picture for the corned beef sandwich and argued to get them to change it also.I did not order the corned beef I ordered something different.I have only been to firehouses a couple of times but probably a couple times to many.Here lies the problem with tipping in advanced.I had to spend a half hour and a gallon of gas to get my sandwiches fixed.They should have gave me a refund and replaced the sandwiches.They told me they have to sell that fat because this is what comes in.Well they guess they just buy crap.

Wait for sandwich was over 30 minutes and then was told I would need to wait longer because I ordered a meatball sub

I love this place!!! the sandwiches are always tasty and the staff is very welcoming :) shoutout Caroline and Geli for being super nice!!!!
