You guys should do something about that coke machine. It consistently leaks lime in your drink even when all you pick is a coke.I sure don't like those machines, The subs are alright with a coupon.

Wow, the reviews were correct. Not only is the service terrible, but the food could be better. I have loved Firehouse because of the quality and personalized touch. In the early 2000s, this was my go-to, but after walking into the Oviedo store, this is my never go-to or enemy. The staff was kind but super high and no attention to detail. I have read the reviews, and I thought it was just people being nasty, but nope, they are all true. My sandwich was cold, and there needed to be more discussion on how I would like my sandwich or even the attempt to upsell. The bread was hard, and the meat was 7-11 at its best quality. The worst thing is that you could barely see through the establishment because they have enough cooking equipment for a larger facility but have the equipment for one of their smaller stores without any ventilation. City Of Oviedo... We put great local businesses out of commission for signs, but what about horrible customer service and food quality? OVIEDO raises the bar on all levels.

Absolutely disgusting. I legit wasted 7.37. The place is dirty the worker is nasty. I get with the covid they keep the cups behind the counter. The worker never changed his dirty gloves. He touches the register, money, cups, everything with those nasty ass gloves. Then on top of it they didn't have any tuna ready so he had to make some and yuck!!! I didn't eat it and I feel sick. This establishment needs to do better.When you see no people inside that should be your warning.Then he got mayo all over the bag. Absolutely nasty.

Went tonight 10/22/18 at 8:30PM to get a cup of Chili, finally the weather got cool in Florida to warrant a cup Bad decision...waited 10 mins during that time the lady with long blonde hair who "Anna" called manager parents came in to talk - Her,parents came in and her mom asked her if she was HIGH on the job. After they left I heard the 3 girls laughing about the chili and the Blonde hair that the other girls called manager handed me my cup - Thank GOD I took it out of the bag and opened the lid ,-- the chili was black like burnt black and smelled as if it was about 4 days old -- I responded to the "manager that handed it to me and said is this a JOKE ? Her response " we never sell chili here " I demanded my money back but all this took 20 mins -- Firehouse I was always a loyal customer, you have lost my business -- Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed for taking a great brand and ruining it -- here is my receipt to prove this is a legit complaint--UPDATE-- customer service response is the same as the rest of the bad reviews on YELp for this location -- it's clear from others nothing was addressed it'sJust a response no action FIREHOUSE you have lost my business ---

Firehouse is known to open at 10:30. It's 10:34, the door is not only locked, but the lights in the restaurant are off, the chairs are still on the table and the one employee is outside eating and on his phone while you can see through the glass that the backdoor is wide open with no one inside.They did not open until 11

Just walked out of the store because when I walked in I was informed "that there would be a long wait since they had a big order". There's three employees in the store, two gentlemen sitting down eating freshly made sandwiches. As a 14+ year kitchen manager i can tell you that there should be nothing more important than a customer that walks in your store, online orders can wait. I highly recommend that the manager sit their employees down and explain to them that one of those employees could of stopped working on that online order and taken care of the physical customer in your store and let the other two work on the online order.If a person ordering online comes in and sees a store busy they'll understand, but a person walks into a restaurant and has to sit and wait in a empty restaurant for you to make orders for someone who isn't even there is ridiculou.I absolutely will never come back.

Online ordering says 20 minutes - expect 40 minutes minimum during storms. Get that it's busy and staff is two people. One person making food.

Reading all of the horror stories after eating here for a couple of months was a little scary but then I realized that hasn't been my experience here at all.Everyone may be a little "in the zone" working but they're all generally pleasant to interact with. Food is great. It does take a little time (5-10 mins) to get your sandwich but what do you expect... they're making them fresh for every order.

We went to Firehouse subs at 7:30 tonight and all of the chairs were up on the tables. We asked if we could sit and they rudely told us that the dining area was closed- even though the restaurant was open until 9pm. They suggested we sit outside at Tijuana Flats tables. They assured us Tijuana Flats would not mind. We chose to leave and not order as a result. Our kids love Firehouse Subs but we will not be returning to this location.

I've visited twice in the last 2 week. The first time I went in and the staff told me the toaster wasn't working. I get it sometimes things break. 2 weeks later I show up about 45mins before closing and they tell the gentleman In front of me that they don't have pastrami. That they had to throw it away because it went bad. Then when I get up there they tell me the toaster doesn't work. This is after two weeks. I then noticed they had all the chairs put up so nobody would sit. Keep in mind they were still open for another 45 mins. The 3 guys working you could tell hated their job. And you can hear them complaining and swearing. There's also a girl with dark hair that works at the register, that will roll her eyes at you when you walk in. Horrible customer service at this location. I won't be back. And you shouldn't either .
