This is one of the larger locations with plenty if seating available. The aroma of fresh bread and warm subs greets you when you walk in. The staff was super friendly, even though we walked in within 30 minutes of closing. The sandwiches were made to order correctly, served hot, and packaged well. The restaurant was clean and the decor was right on par with what you expect from a firehouse. 10/10 would visit again.

2.5 I ate Firehouse subs for dinner. I was looking forward to eating them as it's rare for us to get them. I was a little disappointed. The bread was soggy due to all of the mayonnaise and soggy lettuce. They filled up my sandwich with ham which was a positive but it was only put at the front of the sandwich to make it seem full. There was supposed to be provolone cheese in it but I couldn't taste it. The other half of the sandwich was just too much mayonnaise, and lettuce with no meat and I just couldn't eat it. I couldn't taste the cheese, tomato, onions, or mustard. I'm not sure about the service or ambiance as I didn't order the food or pick it up. Overall very disappointing.

Hanger mode brought me into this place. I needed something reliable to handle the feelings I was feeling. I ordered the Turkey bacon ranch club on wheat. Of course, made it a combo with chips and drink to calm the beast within.Quickly my ordered was ready for its offering. The monster deep in me was pleased with the tasty sand. The chips are always a please. The restaurant was clean and staff was kind. Thank you for your help today and always being reliable no matter the location.

Firehouse has always been the best at subs since opening and all it's locations do pretty well for themselves but how the fuck does the orlando location outshine the rest of them? The brisket bbq stuck to my fingers. The scent remained on me this shit was good. I can't remember when I ate brisket so good I sucked the fucking sauce off my fingers like I wasn't house trained.

Yelp Challenge 2017 - 65/100 I've passed this location many times never knowing Firehouse was here until I saw the sign today. I love Firehouse subs but the employees here make this one five stars. The guy Roy really stood out. He was attentive, funny, cheerful and provided quick service. I could really tell he was happy to be at work today and he made me happy that I stopped here. They have a $6 special that includes a medium meatball sub, chips and a drink. A great price for a lunch meal.

Drove 20 mins here because I was told I could just show ID to get a sandwich for my birthday. Then when I arrived then the manager changed what was told to me about the requirements through the app. The people were kind but literally wasted time and gas for something that could've been said over the phone. Would be nice if everyone working knew the rules before promising and not delivering.

Every time I order uber eats they never add the pickle, not a big deal but come on. Obviously when I go into their store they add it but I'm curious if management is telling them to not add it on delivery.
