We were driving from one end of Orlando to the other for appointments and knew there were a few choices for lunch near here. We have not had a good sandwich in quite some time so Firehouse was the perfect choice. They were not crowded and we were greeted when we walked in. We took a moment to check out the menu and easily placed our order. My companion got a meatball sub that looked fabulous and I ordered an Italian. Mine was special ordered and was made perfectly. I used my app and got a free sub that I forgot was available in it. Bonus! Everyone was very friendly and our order was made in a reasonable amount of time. We were thanked once again when they gave me our order. Our sandwiches were hot and tasted great. I'm really looking forward to having one of their locations closer to where we live so we can enjoy it more often.

My go-to Firehouse. Never a problem getting a table or a parking space. The sandwiches are always fresh and taste great, and the staff is always friendly and quick. Consistently great!

Located in a nice busy area with a good assortment of stores around, we often order ahead and have never had an issue. The sandwiches are good a nice example of firehouse sub standards in the franchise. The bread is always nice, soft, and fresh tasting. The meatball sub is always so filling and delicious. And when they have special subs it's worth a shot.

Appreciate the firefighters. I do have some issues:Medium suppose to be 8". Barely looked 7. Bread was good, not great I asked for tuna, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles only. I got cheese added ( which i hate) and no pickles. I mean see the ticket. Just disappointed. At least it wasn't too expensive. Not sure I would try again without s coupon to see if i can get a better experience

Firehouse has some of the best subs you can buy. This location however was very disappointing. To my surprise most the reviews for this location are good so maybe I just came on an off day but my experience was just not good. To start the restaurant was filthy, the whole drink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. All the seats had clearly been eaten at but nothing was cleaned off with napkins and crumbs on like every other table. The food was also disappointing, it was just cold and messy even though the food came out very fast. It looked like my sandwich was just slapped together.

I tried out firehouse for the very first time a few days ago after my workout. Food was good, employees are nice, quiet setting and the price was good for the serving size of the food. I will definitely be coming back several more times after I finish at the gym.
