This firehouse location is probably one of the worst I've ever been in. Their cooking utensils/appliances are loaded with mold along with serving spoiled meat and goods with mold, store owner doesn't have management and store owner doesn't rectify issues that are making people ill and doesn't seem to care and keeps having the employees serve the food anyhow, she treats her employees horribly and I'm surprised she still has a store. This store needs a HUGE improvement or closure or new store owner because this lady is awful!!!

I have ordered from this store twice in the last 30 days. The first time I received the wrong sandwich. Not only was it the wrong sandwich it was just meat and cheese piled in the center of the untoasted bread. The second time was last night and it will be the very last time I order from this store. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a Hook & Ladder Fully Involved and a Hero Fully Involved. What I received almost made me cry. The Hook and Ladder was just meat and cheese piled on untoasted stale bread. The Hero looked like someone just threw the meat, lettuce, and whatever else they had on the stale untoasted bread. I order Firehouse all the time and I was appalled by what I received last night! NEVER AGAIN will I order from this store. I would rather order from a store further away and receive cold food than the slop I received last night.

This Firehouse located in Casselberry FL in the Casselberry Commons shopping plaza is terrible! First off there's NO VISIBLE MANAGEMENT. The staff is very rude and unprofessional and they can't seem to get an order correct if their life depended on it! The last 4 times I've ordered WHEAT bread and received white bread. The restaurant is visibly dirty all the time. The windows are visibly dirty. TVs are turned off. Tables are flipped upside down. No masks being worn by any of the staff if that's an issue for you. When I order online most of the time I go in to pick up my food and it's not ready or they didn't see the order and I have to wait while they make it! Lastly but very important they put much less meat on their sandwiches than they did a year or two ago. I won't be surprised if this location goes out of business soon. It's going downhill and fast!!!

Love their subs! The restaurant is clean and the staff is always pretty friendly. This is coming from a person that grew up picking her own food right from the ground: unlike other chain sub shops, I appreciate their fresh ingredients! Their bread is always decently fresh as well, no nutritional value from the whitest of white breads, but yummy none the less. Def a great option for a healthy yet hearty meal on the go.

How do I begin describing this lackluster, dirty, far-from-the-standard, and should be closed down franchise a Firehouse subs? We visited on Sunday, August 7 just after 1 PM. Upon entering the store it was filthy, with dirty floors and table tops. The one young lady working behind the counter should probably be sent through safe food handling training and hand washing practices. The gentleman, who came from the back of the store, was of no help after he poured a picture of water into the already diluted loaded potato soup. Don't even think about taking a trip to the men's room, that is in horrible disrepair.The sandwiches were definitely subpar. When your customer can hear you clanking the sides of the empty metal container trying to get the remnants of whatever toppings are left, you should probably restock the items. But, rather than doing that, the sandwich was delivered with minimal toppings, that are in embarrassment to the concept of "fully involved". Not only will we never visit this franchise again, but will definitely be spreading word-of-mouth to our friends and family, and probably anybody else we can talk to.

I ordered two subs online. When I went in to pick up the subs, I was told that they did not have the gluten free bread I ordered. So my subs were not made. I asked for my money back and they said that I had to take that up with the website, that they could not do anything about a refund. I headed home and called Firehouse customer service. They told me that what I was told by the two employees at the Firehouse store was wrong. The refund had to come from the store that I ordered the subs from. The customer service representative said she would put in a request for the store to call me back and make arrangements for my refund and that it might take up to 7 days. A week later, I had received no call. I called the store directly and asked to speak with a manager. I explained the situation and was told I needed to come in to get the refund.When I arrived, the woman I spoke with was not there. The two employees that were there the day I ordered were there. One was sitting at a table on his phone. The other seemed confused or possibly high? Maybe they were both high because it took way too long to get them to understand I needed my refund. They were unprofessional and acted like I was bothering them by even being there. As they figured out how to refund me, I looked around the restaurant, it was dirty and in desperate need of just basic cleaning. It even smelled stagnant and dirty.I asked why they didn't have the gluten free bread available and they tried to explain that it is frozen and takes too long to defrost and so they don't. Weird that other Firehouse restaurants don't seem to have an issue having the gluten free bread available for their customers. I will never return to this Firehouse subs. It is filthy, seems mismanaged, and definitely lacks customer service.

Absolutely awful from the customer service to the food. I know help is hard to find these days but come on. Walked in the guy just stood at the register. No greeting at all. Took 10 minutes to take an order for 4 sandwiches. Took 3 tries to get the credit card to take and it was telling me it was approved on my screen but he couldn't get it to show on his side. One of the sandwiches came with bacon. I was asked if I wanted the sandwich hot. I said no. He said oh well our bacon is frozen so if you don't want it hot the bacon will be frozen. Really? You can't just cook the bacon and put it on the sandwich . Well after all that I got to the car and 1 sandwich was missing. Got home and 3 of the 4 were made incorrectly and the quality of the bread etc was awful. Definitely not the Firehouse I have loved for many years. Won't be returning to this location ever again.

So today I woke up a little weak on my new medication and just wanted food with a lot of break consumption so I remember there was a firehouse subs across the street from me, mind you I love firehouse over subway across the street from them way better. So when I get there I'm greeted by one team member (mind you there were 3) it's not too busy and the manager is just so overwhelmed yelling people order names aggressively and just super agitated and I can tell the other two men ever weren't much help but service with a smile right? Anyways I let it go and try to be understanding , I waited over 20 minutes uncomfortable because of the damn tension between whatever they had going on back there, for a meat ball sub. When I left I told them to have a nice day and went home to this. I also asked and paid for extra cheese. My meatballs were old as hell tasted like pennies , no marinara and it was upside down when I opened it.

Used to go there regularly when the kids were younger. Today ordered a Turkey sandwich and a steak and cheese sandwich. Few cents short of $20!Terrible!! The steak was dry and the bread also felt dry and stale. The Turkey sandwich was for my daughter, who is usually a fan of Firehouse. Even she said hers was barely OK.I would rate Publix subs and Subway way better than this place.Sorry, won't be coming back ever.AJ
