As a generalization, I love Firehouse Subs, but this particular location is nothing but trouble. It started with a Chop Salad order a long while back. I ordered it without tomatoes because raw tomatoes make my stomach churn. The salad had a plethora of tiny chopped tomatoes, too hard to remove and still salvage the salad. Well, they promised to replace it when I complained but that never happened. I was very happy and excited when I heard you can get gluten-free buns. I've ordered many times from FHS in Lake Mary and had no problem. Apparently gf means basic AF from Hunt Club because for almost $14 I got a 5 inch sub with very little filling and no pickle (even though I paid for it). The cashier was quite snarky over my gluten-free request. She seriously asked me if this was an allergy or diet preference. None of your business really. I will continue to order from Lake Mary when I'm in the area but probably will skip the Apopka location

This location is my go to lunch spot. My favorite sandwich is the hook and ladder fully loaded! You definitely get your moneys worth in the staff are always very welcoming. Out of all the fire house subs this one gives the most family vives. They always have some thing for regular people to write on to think the firefighters for all the hard work they do. I always sign my name and say thank you because I know how tough it can be put in your life on the line every day you go to work. Anyways, the restaurant always feels very vibrant and just writing this review starting to make me hungry.

The sub was tasty. They forgot to put tomatoes and Mayo on the side so lost some stars for that. Sandwiches were made quickly. Overall a decent experience but it wouldn't be my first choice when I'm craving a sub.

Terrible subs for the price, wanted to go there to support first responders. Next time will go to Jersey Mike's, first the cashier was not nice, then I had to say more than once about putting extra mayo. Looked in the bag and did not see my extra pickles I asked for...the girl lied right to my face and said they were under my sandwich. When I got home they were not there...sandwich was not worth 9$. Will never go back to this place again!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so aggravated and so pissed off today I will never go back to that place again.... I went online I ordered my food I spent $35 and the people behind the counter were total inconsiderate rude assholes... if I didn't pay for it online I probably would've asked for a refine and walked out and left the food there a young kid behind the counter was such a rude little inconsiderate person... and the girl there she was just like staring at me like I did something wrong when I walked in... worst food most people ever

We stopped at Firehouse for the first time in Dec at 8:55, 5 minutes till closing. We were the only people there. The crew could not of been nicer, the sandwich was amazing! Since Dec we have become regulars going at least 1x a week. We are fans of the Italian and the garlic bread is amazing, I also love the salads! The portions are very generous. We always get the large with plenty leftover for lunch the next day. Each and every visit the crew have been professional, courteous, and EXCELLENT sandwich/salad makers. I am not a person to write a lot of reviews, but felt that Aaron, Mayia, and Jacob need to be recognized for their outstanding service!

Terrible customer service. Bunch of people more concerned about the conversations They're having to even acknowledge a customer walking in or want to help. Can't complain about the food. It's the same at every fire house that's not the issue. The issue is the complete incompetence and Care at the employees Give to anybody walking in the door .
