Absolutely five star service here!The food is presented so beautifully ! The taste is so fresh and so fresh and light! Perfection!!The ambience is relaxing and gives such a wonderful feeling like you're eating in an art gallery .Such wonderful, talented, chefs, and staff !I really loved it here !!

Italian restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency Orlando Good food, mid to upscale feel inside The bar seating is a little different, there is no seats but seats at a family style table.Good service for a busy night and almost sold out hotel. All the staff were kind and helpful.

Dined at Fiorenzo's for my boyfriend birthday and had Sasha as a server. She was absolutely amazing, service was excellent and she made sure to make dinner special for us. Absolutely loved her. The food was also delicious, the short rib lasagna was absolutely incredible and packed with flavor. The restaurant itself has a nice ambience with dim lighting, nice atmosphere and an open kitchen perfect for a date night or intimate dinner.

Another wonderful restaurant during my visit. The waiter very caring and careful to make sure that the food was safe for me.Ordered a well done steak to the point of burnt (lol) and I was not questioned. Also ordered the brussel sprouts. The steak was absolutely positively the best steak I've had in a long time. The brussel sprouts, my mouth is watering thinking about it. I shared my steak since it was 14 ounces and everyone loved it!We sat at a table way in the back and we were able to conduct business without a problem. I liked the way it looked, lovely. The ambiance was perfect.

Great steak - it was overpriced which is expected in a hotel but it was done well, so no complaints! Ambiance was refined and nice, no negatives of the visit at all.

this place is average at best, its great for a hotel and great if you're staying there. but there are much better places if traveling elsewhere. overall again great spot if you are staying at the Hyatt, otherwise, scoot on by without worry of missing anything memorable. The seating is not fine dining and more family style seating, as well

On Memorial Day weekend we had the pleasure of staying in Orlando and had a lovely dinner at Fiorenzo's. Our server Garçon was amazing. We told him that we couldn't decide on food options because everything sounded so wonderful. He recommended the perfect pairings and nothing was under 5 stars! To start we had the Calamari. This is not your basic calamari. The sauce was flavorful and exquisite and had creamy flavors contrasted with just a hint of a balsamic type of sauce. For the main course I opted for the Pipette Alla Vodka pasta with chicken. My boyfriend had the Snake River Farm Wagyu Steak and the Roasted Shallot mashed potatoes and the lobster Mac n cheese. It was rich with flavor and texture... everything was cooked to perfection.... and exquisite! For dessert we had the Peach & Prosecco Skillet Cobbler and it was phenomenal. I would definitely order everything that we had again! The ambiance was very inviting and welcoming for families but also great for a quiet evening with your special someone!

Popped in- reservation recommended but we were seated in about 20min.Located in lobby of Hyatt Regency Orlando across from Orlando Convention Center.I liked the wine and cocktail selection.The food was delicious.Casual atmosphere.Hostess was nice and friendly. The Waitress seemed a little disconnected and not really happy about being there- did not offer recommendations on items from menu. Actually caught her rolling her eyes- deducted a star.Overall I think the place is cute- will definitely go again!

Sasha was rude. They were giving us wrong dishes and extras, and then continued to give us attitude about it. Her words: "we can split up the checks... if we have time". We are the ones on a time crunch not you. Do better Fiorenzo.

I went in thinking I was gonna have a ribeye, but they had chicken Parmesan as a special. I'm a sucker for chicken parm. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great either.A friend had a steak and it was good, but not amazing. Service was ok, you would expect more out of a place like this considering what they charge. Then again it's a hotel restaurant.
