I got takeout when trying this place out for the first time, and it was very smoothly! The place seems to be open seating. The decoration of the place seems very cozy for a nice lunch and dinner too.I was helped pretty quickly when picking up my order. The staff seem very nice and was helpful in reminding me to be careful while carrying the food.I really enjoyed the different pastas I got! I especially enjoyed the fettuccini alfredo and baked ziti. It was the first time for me trying baked ziti, and I really enjoyed the sauce it had! I really like fettuccini, so with the alfredo sauce it was a pretty solid choice to go with. The chicken parmigiana was really good too! I really like the way the chicken was cooked. The garlic rolls were delicious too! Seeing chopped garlic was a huge plus for me

Worst customer service ever. Not sure what they think they can accomplish by treating their customers like this but advertising buy one get one free on DoorDash and then only sending one pizza and claiming you're wrong is insane gaslighting work. Don't eat here. Not only did I call but the person who I spoke too who apparently is in charge does not know how to handle situations at all. Pizza is also disgusting and feels like little Caesar's cheap pizza.

As a new Yorker this slogan is hurtful, Ricotta on hawaiin is wild. Tomato sauce on the side... without the tomato sauce... wild.

My husband's favorite pizza spot. Menu offers variety and the establishment is welcoming. Ambiance feels like you're in New York! Great pizza and pastas. Ferrara is in a small plaza next to a Starbucks and a Publix. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Eat in or take out. Good stuff!

Very hungry today, was looking for something quick. Stopped in for a sub and a glass of red. Server is friendly and welcoming. Dining room has 10 tables and six were full at 2:00. Good sign if you ask me. I ordered the Godfather cold sub. It came with pepperoni, capicola, salami and ham, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a house dressing on the side. Bread was fresh, roll was soft. It was a pretty good sandwich.

I have tried here several times over the years. Granted the time between these visits were years, but I have always been underwhelmed by the pizza here and my last visit here shown me that Ferrara Pizza and Pasta is not a restaurant that gets better with time. Instead, they seem to be satisfied providing a mediocre pizza and bank on the multiple housing developments and the people living there will opt for convenience over a quality good experience and will continue to buy their so-so pizza and try to convince themselves that it is really not so bad. And you know, they are in essence right. The pizza is definitely so-so, it revels in mediocrity and wears a crown of the mundane as its achievement. This particular pizzeria is located in a strip mall on Curry Ford. It is the plaza that is just next to the plaza with the Publix right by Curry Ford Road and Dean Road. Parking is ok and the strip mall is relatively well maintained. Ferrara Pizza and Pasta has a corner spot (the one closer to the Publix). They have a decent special on Monday and I believe on Tuesday, as well, where they have pizza for about ten dollars. If memory serves correct, Inbelieve it used to be under eight dollars, but I know prices have skyrocketed, especially the price of cheese.I have opted to give it three stars (), but I really cannot give them a recommendation. There are far better pizzerias in the general vicinity and I would recommend driving a bit further and getting a pizza that is beyond so-do and/or mediocre.

Whether it's change of ownership or something else, this place is a DEFINITE PASS. Just paid $20 for a large pepperoni roll that is smaller than even the smalls I've ordered in the past. Been ordering here for 15 years and I think this was my last order ever. Sad, but when you charge 11 for a salad don't serve unwashed lettuce. Inedible and not worth it

I am a restaurant owner, but really can not understand what they did:1. Waitress Ask for more money which is different from menu and refused to change to the price same as menu, after talking to manager and explained they can charge whatever they want according to their own computer not as showing on menu;2. The pizza top is the thinnest I ever eat compared so many countries and cities;3. They will overcharge you not only by simply increase price which is different from menu, but also do not give you the promotion they supposed to.4. Only 2 tables, but the water did not serve even after food all ready and need to ask many times, and 2 waitress not busy at allAnyway, do not recommend to go from all aspects , wish good luck

Pizza was great (not New York or Chicago, but good for Orlando in my book). Loves the pasta carbonara. House dressing great!
