Nice stop for some BBQ. Old and rustic inside, but fresh food, and friendly service. Always a stop for me when I'm in the area. Plenty of parking, plenty of napkins.

Not a good place. It smelled old, the tea was not good, and the sprite was flat. I don't know why they are still in business. It was one person working and she looked stressed with 3 tables?Whoever owns this spot should consider updating the place.

Love this local gem. The 2 ladies working out front a nice and friendly. The salad bar is awesome with green olives, ham, and real bacon on it. The breakfast is great. This has now become a regular spot to dine at multiple times a week for either breakfast or lunch. If you are looking for a Mom and Pop simple basic place with good food then this is it.

Fantastic place to come and eat. Even for breakfast! I am here once or twice a week in the morning just to have a hot hearty breakfast and Tasha, and Susie always take great care of me. They are great servers that make me feel like I'm home. It's also nice beefcake they are not a mad house like many of the breakfast chains in the area.

This is a solid option for a cheap, quick breakfast and was perfect for my friends and I to stop at after a 5k. It was basically empty when we walked in around 10 am but filled up a lot while we were there. The servers were brusque but not necessarily rude. We all ordered two eggs with an assortment of sides - some of us got bacon, home fries, pancakes, we honestly tried a bit of everything. It was all good. Nothing spectacular but solidly good and we were starving after our race so we scarfed everything down, fast. Service was quick, and the Diet Coke was cold and delicious. No complaints here, would stop again if we were passing through and needed a quick breakfast!

An easy three or four for solid and affordable time warp BBQ served up with charming hospitality in an old school setting. The food's good here.Kind of sort of reminds me of Sonny's or Dustin's back in the day before they commercialized, switching up and remodeling away from their roots ...but with a breakfast menu!Jyeah, they're open early too which is nice. With Covid out there I've been mitigating my risk some by dining during off peak hours off peak times and was the only cover in between ten and eleven! Score. Lol

We have coming here on and off for years and they never cease to impress our taste buds. This is definitely a local favorite. I'm pretty sure the majority of the patrons have been visiting for years. Even if you arent a regular they treat you like one. As much as I enjoy their bbq, I'm a huge fan of their breakfast. The one egg meal is the perfect size for me and the price can't be beat! Their biscuits are so tasty and if you are a biscuits and gravy fan, you need to try theirs! I am so happy they are still around and hope they stay around for years to come.

If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Based on the Yelp reviews & after yesterday's dinner Fiasco -- Figured we try bbq again since we both are still craving. WOW, not sure how they got all these good reviews the food was awful. Hubby: the hamburger had no favor even after seasoning with salt & pepper, bake beans were disgusting. Sweet tea was ok Me: corn nuggets were freshly cooked but had no taste. The pulled pork was vinegar based, not the Resturant fault (I should have known better). Even the bbq sauce was nasty. Sweet tea too sweet for my liking. Although, the waitress was pleasant she was not wearing a mask One yelp writer stated they were racist -- I did not experience anything on that level. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Place was clean, did not visit the bathrooms. Not going back, hopefully they were just having a bad day. ‍

Very gross food, i dont get why anyone would waste there time eating here. Owner is very rude as well.

First of all we noticed as we were walking in that the wood on the outside of the building was rotted, we were hesitant but hungry. Our water tasted like a galvanized pipe so we ordered a coke, it turned out to be flat. Our server told us they knew about it and was having issues with their machine (thanks for letting us know that in advance). Our sliced beef was cold, almost refrigerated cold. The collard greens tasted like sycamore tree leaves. The cornbread was like shredded cardboard with butter. I would guess the paper towels on the table came from dollar tree. Almost all of their light fixtures had several burned out bulbs in each one. We had to use the rest rooms but were scared so we paid and left. The fries and Mac n cheese were good! How is this place in business?
