Fancy Q has become a home away from home for my wife and me. We're regulars here, and for good reason - the combination of amazing food, great prices, and incredible staff makes it one of our favorite spots. The staff truly feels like family. They're always so welcoming and attentive, remembering our favorite orders and making every visit special. It's rare to find a place where the service is this consistently warm and genuine. The sushi? Absolutely fantastic. The menu has something for everyone, from classic rolls to more creative options, and the quality is always top-notch. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality and portions, which makes it easy to keep coming back. Whether it's a casual dinner or a quick date night, Fancy Q never disappoints. It's the kind of place that makes you feel at home while serving up some of the best sushi around. If you haven't been yet, go - and tell them their regulars sent you!

If I could give this place a 6 out 5 stars I would. Their food is a great value. I love their jb roll and sweet mango roll. The staff is so sweet and caring. I love coming here for a casual meal. It always consistently hits the stop. The decor is more traditional with modern touches. This my favorite sushi place and my go to place in Apopka.

This has been our favorite sushi and Thai spot since we moved to Apopka 2 years ago! The food is always so delicious no matter what you order, the service is amazing, and everyone is so attentive and friendly. You also can't beat their amazing prices. I highly recommend this place!!

Wanted to try a new sushi place and this place had good reviews. It's a small restaurant but the inside is very cute. The staff here are so nice and attentive as well!She gave us an appetizer on the house! It was fried tempura Krab, it was yummy with the sauce. We ordered a bunch of sushi and to our surprise it came out on a boat! I've always wanted a sushi boat and it was plated so nicely. I noticed some other customers got sushi on a bridge. Such a cool way to display the sushi! Also, the sushi was amazing!! Very fresh tasting and generous portions of fish in the rolls. Our favorite was the Spicy Salmon Roll! They also don't chop up the fish here which I love. They also have a big bottle of white sauce on the table so you don't have to ask for it, thank you!! We ended our meal with the fried Oreos dessert. It came with whipped cream, they were really good!I would definitely come back here to try more of their sushi rolls! The service here is great and it's not too pricey. I really recommend this place if you love sushi.

Been here several times. Small and quaint. The Ambiance is a little dark inside as this is in a plaza. I do feel they need to do a little reupholstering on their seats, as some are worn., however overall good spot for lunch or dinner. They have lunch specials that don't take to long if you have an hour lunch break and in the area. They also have take out. Sushi is fresh as well as other food and a good variety. They start you with a complimentary mini cooked sushi. They have hibachi and sushi rolls in the dinner and lunch menu at a reasonable price. I continue to try different different things on the menu but as of late it's been the hibachi meal as I find the portion size and cost is reasonable and good flavor.

This spot is wonderful! Ordered the Mexican roll and crunch roll, both came out fresh in no time. The service is delightful and quick, they are very attentive with our orders and check in on us to ensure our needs are met. I will definitely be back for more!*Tip: The place is small and cozy so wouldn't recommend large parties, its more of an intimate space with quality food.

Since moving back to this side of town, I've been wanting to check out this place. I went around 5pm on a Friday night. It was very quiet, but around 6ish - that dinner rush was in full swing. I really enjoyed the overall vibe here. The service was attentive and friendly. Their menu is extensive with a lot of options that could cater to most people. I really would love to come back for a lunch special. Price point - the signature rolls are around $15. They do use quality ingredients, so there isn't a fuss about that from me. Location - it's in a very unassuming shopping plaza. You wouldn't know it was there unless you were looking for it. I ordered the tako appetizer, and it was SO tasty. Octopus texture can be quite tough, but this dish was perfect. Main course - I ordered the Rock N Roll and the Sweet Heart Roll. The former was great, but the texture was a bit off for me with the Sweet Heart Roll. The spicy tuna was a bit too mushy for my taste. Everything else was great! I'm sure I will be back again soon to explore more menu items. Definitely a hidden gem in Apopka.

Alright...first impression from walking in. This place has a modern and trendy vibe. There are some neon lights and unique decor, accompanied by pop and indie music playing in the background. The menu offers some white and red wine choices, as well as sake, (hot or cold) and beer. Thai tea and Ramune (both non-refillable) are also offered, along with staple Coke products. There are appetizers from the kitchen as well as from the sushi bar. Various soups and salads are also offered.Moving on to one of the stars of the restaurant, the sushi. There is a large selection to choose from, both raw and cooked. They have a la carte options which bring two pieces of sushi/sashimi, as well as regular rolls and special rolls.They have a hibachi selection with many options to choose from, varying from chicken and steak to shrimp, scallops, and lobster. They also have a lunch menu and lunch bento box. There's tempura and udon as well as curry and Pad Thai.I ordered the chicken udon, (without scallions or onions) while my stepmom ordered the hibachi chicken and steak. My dad chose the chicken Pad Thai. Each meal brought a miso soup and salad. My dad liked the soup while my stepmom felt it needed a bit more flavor. They brought us an Eddie special on the house for us to try. The special (which had imitation crab in a fried roll) was quite tasty. It wasn't greasy and had good flavor.My stepmom enjoyed her hibachi. She said both the noodles and rice were tasty and the steak and chicken were well seasoned. She did note the chicken had a peppery taste, although it was not unpleasant.Dad, being dad asked for his Pad Thai spicy. This resulted in his pad Thai being covered in just a bit too much sauce. That didn't take away from the fact that he enjoyed it, but I'd suggest mentioning how much sauce you'd like.I had the chicken udon. I quite enjoyed it. The noodles were soft and had just a slight chew to them. Mixed with the sauce it was flavorful and had a good balance to the dish. The chicken was a bit peppery, but not enough to bother me. (Ask to taste it in advance if you're not sure you'll like it) Overall, it was a nice meal with my family, and I'd be happy to come again. If you're in the area, give this place a shot!

My favorite part of this restaurant is that sushi here are very filling, and tasty. I only need two rolls to be full. Almost all rolls I tried are fresh and delicious. I come here every 2-3 weeks regularly now.
