Fable coffee is so cool! Its a fantasy board/video game themed coffee bar and makes my inner nerd so excited! They have board games, and a cool gaming table! The coffee is fantasic of course, and the specials are always really fun and on theme. They also serve a selection on desserts that are delicous!Staff are super friendly and sweet, and service is quick with lots of baristas on staff!

Fable is a cozy cafe near UCF/Waterford Lakes with a fantasy and TTRPG theme. I've actually tried to go twice before today, but couldn't get a seat because they were so busy. I finally succeeded today! The staff was very kind, but I have to take some stars off for a few reasons. The first is pricing transparency-- I ordered a dirty chai latte, which is a chai with a shot of espresso added. The chai latte was already expensive to begin with, but adding a single shot was $2! The cost of adding a shot was nowhere on the menu and I was shocked at the price. With the minimum suggested tip, that made my single basic drink cost over $8! And of course like all cafes now you have to carry your own drink from the bar and hope you don't spill it everywhere, and bus your own table, so I don't know who's deserving a tip when they make you do all the work.Drink was fine, not bad, but certainly not $8+ good. The second reason I'm deducting a star is for the general atmosphere - it's absolutely freezing inside. Like "my hands are going numb" freezing. Bus bins were completely full when I tried to bring up my dish and there was no toilet paper in the restroom either...icky. You kind of get the impression that the staff are doing the bare minimum.

A very cute and trendy cafe for students and locals that appreciate board games to check out! The atmosphere is very cozy, and they have dozens of games to choose from. Haven't tried the food yet, which is mostly pastries,, but the coffee is pretty good! They also have seasonal flavors that the staff comes up with. Highly recommend the Black Forest Mocha latte (the name might be wrong) but it is so good! We got ours with half sugar and it's black cherry puree with mocha. :) we will be back to play some more games and try the pastries!

Fable is my new go-to for craft coffee & pastries! Beyond their perfectly brewed coffee and signature rolled cakes--which are an absolute must-try--their seasonal drinks are a highlight. Today, I tried the Banana Harvest Chai Latte and the Cottage Apple Crumble Latte, and both were outstanding. The flavors were warm, comforting, and perfect for the seasonl. The café itself is a nerd's paradise, you're greated with a fantasy mural on the wall (celebrating it's fable namesake) with board games, RPG books, D&D merch, and themed drinks that celebrate fantasy and tabletop gaming culture. I love their cups! It's the ideal spot to gather with friends for a game or dive into a new campaign while enjoying their creative menu. Keep in mind, the space is a bit limited. They also have plenty of outlets to get some work or studying done. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, always eager to recommend something new or chat. Their passion for great coffee and creating a unique, community-driven space is evident in everything they do. If you're looking for a place that combines fantastic coffee, mouthwatering rolled cakes, and a geeky, fun vibe, Fable Craft Coffee & Pastries is a must-visit.

This was my first visit to Fable and I am sure I will come again! This is the perfect combination of nerdy references and good coffee! I know they are relatively new to the scene (opened in July I believe) but it seems they have a steady business already. The shop was full when I visited. The ambiance was great, with a variety of seating in the shop and good spacing. The decor was D&D style but without being overwhelming. I loved the nods to adventuring in the menu as well. They had merch for sale too. I liked that they had a shelf of board games too, and some nice table top ones that aren't just connect four or apples to apples. Even the coffee cups are full of D&D designs. Who doesn't want to drink coffee with an owlbear cub? :)The service was good too. Prompt and friendly. Willing to have a conversation. The food I didn't try, but I got a roll to go and it was yummy! They have so many different flavors! I like that they have seasonal flavors too. I had the banana harvest chai latte and it was delish! I went with my sister and also got the cottage crumble apple latte. My one small qualm was I got one of the coffees hot and it was served to me almost room temperature so I would maybe mention it again when ordering a hot drink. It's not going to discourage me though, I fully intend to make this place a regular haunt!

This place is definitely a gem, staff is so nice! The vibes are very chill, I felt very at peace while drinking coffee here and the board games are a fun touch! Would love to come back here when I have more time in the day to play and enjoy some good drinks! The Ube hot drink I got was very good, not very sweet but can really taste the Ube! The caramel cold drink was fun with Pops cereal on top. Would recommend to check out!!

The service was wonderful and the place is beautifully decorated. I love all the board games on display and the framed video game and D&D artwork around. There was plenty of seating, but I think due to the proximity to UCF and the timing of finals week, there were no open seats. We ordered two lattes, one was a hot apple crunch and one was a iced matcha vanilla. The apple crunch was okay, but there was no crunch, likely due to the temperature of the drink. The matcha vanilla one was extremely disappointing. There was no matcha flavor and it was like I had ordered a slightly tinged green milk. They also had swiss roll looking desserts, but I found the $5 pricing a bit high considering the roll was about the size of a roll of quarters.

This coffee shop is so fun! The staff were all friendly and helpful. This spot is very game-oriented and encourages spending time there. I noticed a sweet gaming table for RPGs and other sitting vignettes created to play jenga or some other games they have on hand. The coffee and treats were great too! We tried a lemon/blueberry rollup cake and a guava one. We both tried some seasonal drinks and were really happy with them
