Ladies and Gentlemen--allow me to introduce one of the best Italian places in Orlando/Winter Park.Wow it's good. The wood fire pizza is as good as a pie in Italy.Their pasta and sauce , fantastic.Been here several times already and plan on coming back many times.Good job ownership and team.

I ordered spaghetti & meatballs, The flavor was ok but there was no choice of any cheese, I paid an extra 4 dollars for extra meatballs, the spaghetti came with 2 meatballs so I expected 2 more for a total of 4 to share with my husband but it came with 3, so I paid 4.00 extra for 1 meatball. I love patronizing our local restaurants but sometimes I want everything to go well too for the customers. I will try this restaurant again because I believe in second chances.

We placed a large order Xmas Eve for pickup. Burnt pizza, family caesar salad barely enough for one person and nothing more than chopped lettuce. But the worst was a sangria that came in a 16 oz plastic cup and cost $16 plus tax. It was the WORST sangria I have ever gotten. More like Shirley Temple-- 50% 7up or Sprite, pink color, NO fruit or anything-- like carbonated dish water. DO NOT ORDER! A few other dishes were edible but I have had better. I did go back and get a partial refund after complaining for longer than I should have. See photos.

I visited one night after a long day at work. I was looking for some comfort food, but also wanted to add a little excitement to my boring day by trying a new spot. I am so glad I did. Even though it was meal time, the restaurant was cozy and not too busy. The serving staff were quick to help out pick-up order customers so they didn't impact those seated at tables. I ordered a pizza to share and a pasta dish. It all hit the comfort food spot! The pizza was cheesey with a wonderful crust and the pasta and sauce was so good, it reminded me of my grandfather's. Rich, bold flavors - definitely homemade. I forgot to take pictures of the food - I was too hungry and it was too good to stop eating!

Some friends and I went for Sunday brunch. They recently changed their menu from all you can eat to a la cart dishes which we were all sad about. They still offer $20 all you can drink mimosas/sangria which is nice. A single glass of sangria is $9 to put it into perspective. I ordered the Italian Scramble which was eggs with onions, peppers and pepperoni with Italian toast for $15. It was supposed to have mushrooms as well but I didn't see any in my dish. I was a little disappointed in the portion size, I was still a little hungry when I finished. When you think of Italian food you think large portions and this was definitely not a large portion. The bread was also plain, no butter or jelly provided. I had to ask. Don't get me wrong though, the bread was delicious and so were my eggs, I just wish I had gotten a little more. More than one person at our table also asked for ketchup to which our server said they did not have. I'm not sure if they were out or they just don't carry it?We were a large party and our food came out staggered but it was quite a while between dishes. Some of us were completely finished eating and had been done by the time others got their food. I'd say it took a good 15 minutes for all of our party to get their food. We made a reservation so they were aware of us coming. It's not like we popped in and surprised them. Aside from our food coming out staggered, our server was great. He was the only server for quite some time and he did a great job considering the circumstances. When checks came auto-grat was included which is to be expected for larger parties but what got me is that the auto grat was 22%. I feel like that was a little bold of them. 18% sure, thats normal, even 20% is fine but 22% is being forced on us? That just doesn't sit right with me. I tip 20% or more but I don't know that everyone does and it should be my choice to tip over 20% if I want. If they'd like their servers to make more money then maybe they should consider upping their hourly wage. The biggest thing that got me is that their menu says "20% will be added to your check" 20%, not 22%. I know the 2% is minimal but it's the principle. Seems fishy F&D and I don't like it...Overall it was still a good experience but definitely not the same experience we've had in the past.

Made a reservation on Christmas Eve for my family and I and we were seated right away. This location is located in a plaza near the corner of Aloma and Lakemont. The interior is really cute and I liked the fresh rosemary on the table. There also are several tables outside available. We ordered the family size house salad and it was plenty for 3 people. The artichoke hearts in the salad were my favorite and the house dressing is delicious! The calamari appetizer was tasty and had parmesan cheese sprinkled on top for a nice Italian flare. We ordered the Due Carni pizza and they were so accommodating by putting vegan cheese on half the pizza ($2 up charge for vegan cheese was worth it). A very cheesey pizza and hit the spot!We very much enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner here. The holiday music playing inside was a nice touch. I am looking forward to visiting this location again to try the weekend brunch!

Holy Brunch, Fatman!!! If you're hungry AF and kinda poor, then schedule yourself some time for the weekend brunch (check for days and hours). Even if you're not poor, go here so you can eat a TON of food for like 20 bucks or so. You can add bottomless drinks for an additional fee, but why overdo it and throw up all that delicious Italian food on Park Avenue later in the day?The menu is pretty good with lots of things to choose from. Pizza, Pasta, Risotto, Meatballs, Desserts, Bruschettas and lots of other Italian fare. If you want to try a bunch of stuff, you may consider sharing the pizza with others at the table as that can be filling, and you didn't come here for the pizza! They use quality ingredients (Turci Pasta) and you really can't beat the price. If you can't make brunch or don't have a big appetite, look at their specials for a good deal, then get the cacio e pepe, that is an excellent dish. Same with the mussels as they're not swimming in juice, so you can eat them without making too much of a mess. They have a few other locations in Orlando, and the menus may vary slightly between them, but it's definitely worth a trip sometime.

F&D Italian Kitchen is a great place for a casual meal. It's usually not too busy and they have a great menu. My wife and I have enjoyed their pasta dishes, but my favorite is the classic Margarita Pizza. Every time we come here, we have to get one, whether it's my main or we're sharing it with the table. They have different specials every day but on Wednesdays, they have a discounted Margarita pie, so we try to go mid-week. I haven't been yet, but the bottomless brunch (both food and drink) on Sundays is something that's been on our list to do one weekend, too.

Food was clearly out of microwave. Chicken parm was not very good. Kids pizza was ok but again, seemed frozen and heated up. Service was slow. Would not return.

This is one my absolute favorite Italian restaurants in the area. The cacio e pepe is pretty much authentic, which is hard to find outside of Italy. I've literally never had a bad meal here and we've been here many times. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fabulous, sometimes not so much.
