The best carrot cake I have ever had! Erica is super friendly and very professional. I've tried a variety of her treats, including her cupcakes, cookies, banana pudding, and brownies. We booked her for our baby shower and my graduation. Highly recommend

I was in need of someone willing to make cupcakes that were dairy free but not necessarily vegan. Erica was more than willing to accommodate. I ordered 40 cupcakes (also appreciated that I didn't have to order by the dozen) for my son's birthday party. My son's birthday theme was Minions so she made the frosting yellow with blue sprinkles. They came out so cute! I liked that she applied the sprinkles in a variety of ways. Mostly importantly they came out very good! Definitely recommend

Erica made an amazing assortment of cupcakes for my brothers baby shower. She even took on a new flavor challenge for the craving Mama-to-be. Every single cup cake was perfect and very obviously made with love. Erica is very talented and absolutely amazing to work with. PS - Her chocolate empanadas are to die for!

Erica made cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and they were amazing. First of all they were ginormous! I couldn't believe the size and then they were absolutely delicious. I recommend her to all my friends, unsolicited all the time.

I sent her my invitation as inspiration for the travel theme I was going for and she went above and beyond. The cake matched perfectly with all the decorations. I honestly couldn't believe how perfect it was! It came out absolutely adorable! Now onto the cake itself. Unbelievably delicious. The cake was so moist and just the perfect amount of sweetness. Erica's buttercream frosting is to die for. The best I have ever tasted and all of the guests agreed! Thank you Erica!
