El Toque

Went to El Toque for dinner and I loved it ! I ordered a cheese and sweet plantain empanada to start and it was a perfect starter. Didn't get me too full. For my meal I ordered a patacon with sweet plantain and it was enormous. Definitely had some left overs but it was so good. Pretty small restaurant but not too crowded. Our waitress Lucy was super attentive and always checked up on us. Definitely want to try it again.

One of the best restaurants in the area. El Toque is the perfect spot for authentic Venezuelan food. My husband is Venezuelan so he usually does the ordering. The empanadas are huge and some of the best I've ever had. The cachapa is delicious and perfectly stuffed with cheese. The normalon burger is AMAZING. They have specials every day of the week. They also feature live music on occasion. The staff is always friendly. We absolutely love El Toque!

Great pork patacón ..! And enormous burger!!!.... Fantastic guava tequenos .. everything in this place is really good.. recommended.It's a small, family place that if you are in the area you should give them a try..

Lovely authentic little place with very friendly staff and even better food. Definitely large portions for your money. Highly recommend the cachapon and the patacon!

This place was busy......... I tried it because it looked promising and I thought it would be worth it so gave it a shot. I ordered empanadas chicken, beef, and another with sweet plantains with beans and cheese which I was excited to try. I received the wrong order. I never got to tried the one with sweet plantains, only the other two. They were a bit pricey overall for empanadas but in the other hand they were a good size.

DESASTRE ABUSO SUCIOS We are regular clients, they abuse us. A soup that costs over 10$ should have meat in it. They intentionally put just one or two miserable pieces. They don not care about customers, they just care about money

The food was delicious. I have not had Venezuelan Chicha in years and the first sip brought back so many memories. The arepa was HUGE and very filling. The meat was parrilla style and very tasty. The restaurant was nice and clean. Very "home" feeling of my beautiful Venezuela. . Flor, Diana and Marcela were friendly and kind And very attentive to us. I highly recommend. we will definitely be coming back.

El sábado 30 de noviembre decidimos almorzar en el Toque de Caselberry. Llegamos a la 1:15 pm y nos sirvieron la parrilla que pedimos a las 2:40 pm. Solo habían 2 mesas con comensales y demoraron 1:30 horas para preparar una parrilla???. Creo que hace falta personal porque. Pensamos que la Manager que estaba de turno era la que hacía todod. Se dedican a sacar los pedidos de Uber Eats (mientras que esperamos, despacharon 8 pedidos) y al cliente que los visita lo tratan de esta manera??? Manejamos 1 hora desde Lake Nona para probar su comida y servicio y fue debut y despedida ya que no pensamos regresar. La manager nos ofreció un postre para tratar de quedar bien con nosotros, pero no aceptamos ya que no se trata de que te quejes para que te regalen algo, solo pedíamos una atención correcta. Y de la oferta que tienen que dice que si no te ofrecen la chicha te la regalan!!! olvidense de eso porque eso no aplica. Para finalizar, el ambiente musical muy alto y a nosotros que no nos gusta Camilo, nos dieron una terapia de casi 2 horas, fue fastidioso realmente. No los visitamos más, muy lamentable y lástima porque la comida es buena, pero la atención muy mala. A los dueños les recomendamos que les impartan a los empleados algunos cursos de servicio al cliente.

Food was great, we went with a large group and our waitress Marcela was fantastic. She was very accommodating and attentive. Recommend this place highly.
