El Palacio

I had to go back again. The food was awesome . The waitresses were extremely nice and helpful. The staff is so pleasant when you walk in the door. Love this place. The only thing I wish they would serve is sour cream for the tacos.

10 out of 10!!! From out of state but man was it worth it lots of foods I haven't had in awhile!! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was very laid back and inviting!!

Hadn't visited this location in a couple years and it's been upgraded! Newly renovated, new AC, very clean. Staff are bilingual and very attentive. Food is just as good here as the Orlando location. Unlimited croquetas and queso frito? Yes please!

Doesn't look open from the outside, they need more advertising. Their is no outside lights to tell people they are open. Other than the open, it is not that bad, I have seen so much worst places that have buffet. I deff prefer this than golden coral. I did like the noodles and the seafood. The place is super clean, looks like it has been renovated. Another plus was the cleanness of the bathrooms. Top noche. I do recommend that the place puts more lighting outside, and the food to be warmer. We came in at at 7:30, so the food should of been fresh, but that's why my 4 stars instead of 5

This was the first time I went to a Latin buffet that wasn't in my house! I can't believe this concept actually existed until my friend brought my here for my birthday. The food was great and lots to choose from. I didn't take pictures cause I was busy picking food and eating but it is definitely a must if you are a Latin food lover! Service was good, price was right and the food was abundantly amazing. You will not go home hungry here!!!

The food was definitely good. I enjoyed the variety of foods, from pigs feet to chicken gizzards and ox tail and beef liver. It was a delight for me. The service was good, everyone we interacted with was friendly. The facility itself was clean, and comfortable. I am from out of state and could only hope they would bring a restaurant like this there, being Colombian I truly loved the flavor profiles here that reminded me of that piece of myself.

This place is so bad. Food has no flavor. The men at the registers are so dry. Food is cold. Just BAD BAD !! We paid, got 1 plate and walked out. It was that bad. Donation of $28.

Literal flies on the food, the food is cold, it is very and I mean very overpriced, you're timed for an hour to eat, And The servers were difficult to flag down. I am most definitely never going to come back here and waste my money again

Food was not changed out often, old food like salad was mushy and brown. Cockroaches were on the floor and crawling up the wall in the bathroom. Was not a very clean and appetizing experience.
