This food court was not very crowded on the evening we visited. Ordering the fast casual options was a breeze, although it was difficult to find the lettuce and toppings which were bagged individually and separately. I would have gone for the pho but didn't want this in a disposable bowl, so I opted for a barbacoa bowl which was large, tasty, and filling. There were lots of kid friendly options which didn't seem the healthiest but definitely met the normal kid meal standards. I appreciate that there is always a water cup available to get cold water from the soda dispensers. We were able to chat and talk loudly easily and the kids could be loud and have fun without bothering anyone. The walk from our hotel room was quite nice.

It's physically impossible to be unhappy while eating a Mickey waffle.I had breakfast here twice during my stay at Coronado Springs, and it was a great quick, option before getting my day started that's cheaper than the sit-down restaurants. It does get crowded, so plan accordingly and maybe have someone in your group save a table. Some of the employees didn't have that "Disney personality" that you expect and could've been nicer, but some were great.

El Mercado is the place for Quick Meals! You can get breakfast, lunch & or dinner you can also Refill your Purchased Cup if you have it! The staff are friendly! You are your own server in this area although at dinner they do offer table service (unfortunately we didn't try their dinners) with meal plans the quick meals are go to counter and order & pick up! Lunches usually are Bowls or simple meals. Breakfast can range from Pancakes - waffles with bacon or sausage scrambled eggs breakfast wraps or empanadas and burritos. Coffee, Soda & Lemonade or Ice Tea are available for your refill mug all day. They also offer a limited bakery with danishes & cakes & muffins as well as snacksThis is an open concept dining facility like cafeteria style.

This is the quick service at Coronado Springs. They have lots of unique options for breakfast as well as kids meals. I had to order mickey waffles on our trip and they did not disappoint. They were fresh and delicious.

El Mercado de Coronado is a convenient option for quick meals, especially breakfast. The Mickey waffles and pancakes are decent, and the pasta with white sauce I had for lunch was rich and cheesy. While the food is fine for what it is, after a week of eating here, the menu started to feel repetitive, and it's ultimately just cafeteria food. The location near the main tower is a huge plus, making it easy to grab a meal without much hassle. The dining area is spacious and clean, but it lacks any real charm or distinctive atmosphere. It's functional, but don't expect anything more. The staff have been consistently friendly and efficient, which I appreciated throughout my stay. Overall, this is a great spot for speed and convenience, but the food is unremarkable and better suited for quick bites than memorable dining experiences.

We traveled over to this resort for dinner. The menu on the Disney apps mentions rotating entrees, but not what day is which. This night it was turkey. The turkey was moist and tasted good. The server really loaded up our portion so don't expect that much meat. The potato's were creamy and full of flavor. The gravy was boring with not much taste. The prices here were also higher than other Disney quick service restaurants. There also was a ton of small bugs flying around inside. The buffalo chicken sandwich did sound good but we didn't try that one.

I'd only dine here again as a last resort or if I was in a huge time crunch. Of course the cast members were cheerful and friendly, but that's about the only positive for this quick service spot at the Coronado Spring Resort. About a 3-5minute indoor walk from the tower elevators, it's kind of convenient and easy in and out. The food seemed to have been sitting out for a while based on the temperature and taste.

We eat here during conferences and for dinner on a normal night. Though I miss the giant statues, the atmosphere is still incredible. There are a few stations you can choose from and they have free peanut butter and jelly so you can buy a loaf of bread in Panchito's and sit and eat in here for super cheap. Tip: when you check out, most registers can handle both sides so don't just join a line. Look for the metal part that you sit your tray on and go to the that side for quicker service.

We ate here a few times, mainly for breakfast and one lunch. Coronado Springs refers to this as their food court, but it's just one place with a large menu. They focus on speed, and that is self-evident when we tasted the fare. Their fare is just fair. There seems to be a breakfast and dinner dichotomy at Disney in general and Coronado Springs specifically. Dinners we excellent at Coronado Springs, and breakfasts were terrible. We also had one breakfast in Animal Kingdom, which was horrific, a breakfast biscuit sandwich which made Burger King biscuits look good.If you made it to El Mercado's early enough, their premade breakfast egg sandwiches were passable, but with each passing minute, they got sadder and soggier. We'd probably opt for yogurt or something uncooked should we ever repeat our visit.
