El Coqui Food Truck

Excellent Puerto Rican food. The food is fresh real food. The service is great, they will help you with the menu if you're a gringo like me. I the Patatas Locas (crazy potatoes) and it was loaded French fries with pork and cheese and other stuff and they were so bomb. I also had a pizza empanada which was delicious. I went on a day they had the grill on and they made chicken skewers that were also awesome. I highly recommend this food truck at the gas station. Nice people great food.

Just found out about this food truck place. They have lots of variety for a small food truck. Excited to see how it taste and will be updating soon
