We were super excited to find this place while visiting our family in Orlando. From the line is well organized, to the number of ladies attending, it made our ordering and check out process very quick. We noticed they also have an automated ordering screen. Now, can we talk about their freshly squeezed OJ? Wow! Delicious! Their coffee was also delicious! I had a latte (cafe con leche). Their dessert selection is outstanding! Also, their savory dishes are great! Highly recommend!

This is a Puerto Rican bakery restaurant. They serve Puerto Rican delicacies and pastries, including Puerto Rican, coffee, particularly Mami coffee from Puerto Rico. They just opened this location on December 6, 2024. We were fortunate to go on December 9th an experienced great service and ambience. Typical of what you would expect in a Puerto Rican bakery shop. They are ready to serve and please you in anyway they can gastronomically I would highly recommend having a cup of coffee with pastries if you're in the Kissimmee area. This is the place you want to be. If you're in the general Disney area also.

Highly recommend this place. All the sweets looked very delicious, nice variety as well. The staff was welcoming. We ordered Ladyfingers, Quesito, Plain Cheesecake, and another sweet for a total of $13. I plan to come back for breakfast soon

In Orlando there is a deep Cuban and Latino community which includes restaurants and...bakeries!!I love authentic Cuban pastries so I went on a search! Found this spot and it was perfect! A multitude of fresh pastries and a hot bar equally as impressive makes this a new home for me! Got an apple turnover and a cortadito shot to top it off and I was in heaven. Extremely clean, simple decorations and quality food sets this place apart!

Stopped by here for lunch while at work and I was not disappointed. My coworker recommended the Cuban sandwich saying it was the best in town and I must say he might be right. Inside is very big with plenty of seating and lots of staff to help you out. There are plenty of options for food and even more for desserts or pastries. The Cuban sandwich was something else. It was so big I could only eat half and saved a the other half for lunch the next day. As you can see in the pictures it's completely packed with meats and cheese I recommend it! Definitely coming here again.

I need to move here for this amazing Cuban bakery and restaurant. We came here before going on a cruise knowing we'd be overeating and still prioritized this!!

Great spot for a really delicious and easy lunch. They have a menu of sandwiches and such to order that is accompanied by a hot bar. I was craving rice and beans so I went with a side of the yellow rice (arroz con bacon on their menu) and red beans. Absolutely amazing, and perfectly filling. I also grabbed a small coffee which was good. Parking is easy and there's lots of seating inside if you are in the mood to dine in. Next time I go I will be spending a lot more time checking out the pastry case. Lots of beautiful pastries, donuts, cakes, and breads to choose from.

Update: Food is still great but something is wrong with their AC. Brought a friend from NZ to experience great PR food. We went around 6pm. It was very uncomfortable. It was like they turned off the AC. AC worked b/c the bathrooms were quite cool. We were sweating just sitting there eating. If the AC isn't working, just get it to go. Great Puerto Rican place. Has both a bakery and hot lunch side. The bakery side has a variety of pastries and you can order sandwiches. That is the left side. If you want the hot bar side that is the on the right and you start in the middle and work your way down. They pretty much only speak spanish, so if you don't speak spanish you might have to do a lot of pointing. I wasn't exactly sure how the hot bar worked and I think I messed up and got 2 meats, I wanted to try 1 rib and she was surprised I only wanted one and I wanted the pork belly I think she went ahead did this for me to keep the line moving. The pork belly was good, incredibly crispy crust and tender meat side. My co worker got pulled pork and rice and yuca. Yuca was tasty but pretty mild. My tray was about $11 and more than enough for 2 meals. Great value and this place is always busy. Co Worker got the Cuban. Big sandwich they were very happy with their sandwich, only downside comes with nothing else but the price is really great so would rather save some money and get a great sandwich.

GOOD CAFÉ LATTE AND DESSERTWe recently visited El Cafetal Bakery & Restaurant, a Puerto Rican casual eatery located in a busy strip mall on Semoran Blvd. El Cafetal and four other restaurants share parking located in front (crowded and chaotic) and behind the storefronts. We later learned that El Cafetal is part of a restaurant chain started in Puerto Rico.We enjoyed a café latte (large $3.29) and dessert ($2.50). I thought I was ordering a flan but my friend thought the dessert was a vanilla pudding. I liked the café latte that I think is made with more steamed milk than a Cuban cafe con leche. My very little Spanish was enough to place our order - while pointing to food works for me, service would have been better if the cashier was bilingual.Newbies may end up on the wrong line here. From YELP reviews, we learned there are 2 separate lines to order. One line forms near the entrance for the sandwiches and mfongo plates described on the digital menu board and the pastries in the display cases (no posted prices or descriptions for the pastries).Do not wait on the first line for the buffet. Walk past the front line to get on the line for the buffet that starts on the other side of the cashier. Based on YELP reviews, it appears that it is $11 for one side, one serving of rice and beans, one protein (that day, there were pork chops, roast chicken, shredded roast pork and ribs) and a bottle of water. But with no signs for the two lines and no posted prices or menu, it might be confusing for a newbie to do the buffet here.

Penalizing customers who pay with a credit card is ridiculous. This new policy will drive customers away. I understand CC fees might be high but don't put it towards the customer or "hide" the fees in your prices. We have been visiting this location for years, it has become a tradition to stop every time we go to the airport. The food is amazing. The customer service can vary. The lines are not clear and if you walk in that's the line for the bakery, the lunch line is separate ( you will figure once people skip you and go the the other line).
