Edible Arrangements

I placed my order online yesterday for next day pick up.I was running late and called to let them know, when I arrived Natasha was nice and provided great customer service. The location was clean. The fruit arrangement was exactly what I expected and ordered and fruits were fresh, it was nicely packaged ready for transport.

Fantastic service, ordered an arrangement last minute for same day service and it was ready fast and looked amazing. 10/10

Very disappointed I order a platter for my daughter for Mother's Day. She got it yesterday and it looked like they either drop it or they didn't do it the way the picture , shows I could've gotten up better from Walmart. I called the manager and explain the situation and all they say is, I'm sorry that's basically it, if you're looking for something for Mother's Day. I wouldn't choose this place at all, not recommend it.

I had to cancel a 30th anniversary trip due to flooding from the hurricane. I went online to find a same day delivery, just as a "sorry we have to postpone our trip" gift. I ordered from you 100% because you offer same day delivery, and the website showed I had almost 2 hours to make my order. The owner Matthew and manager Breanna refused to speak to me, they made Gracie tell me that they already delivered to my area hours ago, and so they had to deliver to me the next morning. Even though this IS NOT what your website said, I went along with it since it was coming the next morning. It did not come this morning as promised, and when I called Gracie said it was cancelled at my request. I assume this was because they did not want to deal with an upset client, because I most certainly DID NOT cancel my order. I even checked and it showed it was an active confirmed order! I am shocked at so many things here, zero customer service, inaccurate website, managers and owners who will not speak to clients, not to mention completely throwing away a customer, because none of my family will ever be back!

I ordered a birthday bundle from here in Jan 2025 that came with popcorn and it was expired, which of course made me question what their practices are regarding their chocolate covered fruits. I sent feedback via email and heard nothing. I finally called after 3 days of no response and they refunded me for the popcorn. I do not live locally and ordered this online as a surprise gift for a relative who shared that someone else gifted them food from this location and... yep it included expired items as well!

I live in VA had order for Clermont. Order placed at 9:30 said eta would be 12ish. Called at 1:30 told driver would be back in 15 mins and would go out for delivery. Called again at 3:47, now told 1 driver and 8 delivers before my friend. I knew she was home the earlier times now may not be. So much for birthday surprise!! What a joke!! Matt, the driver called me and I had to text her and he called her....so no more surprise. Received around 6:20. I won't use them again. Thanks to Matt for offering an alternative. He was nice!!!
