looooove this place. I come to this location EVERY TIME I need a sweet treat & gift. The staff is always amazing and the shop is always clean and presentable !!! My highest recommendation for this specific location. #EdibleArrangementApopka

Stopped by here to get a fruit flower arrangement as a gift as i was visiting a family friend from many years ago. I made the order in person which the employee working there stated would be ready in 15 min. I returned in the allotted time and it was ready. I was a little disappointed as i had ordered one of the items with the ceramic vase but recieved one with the cheap plastic. I had asked the employee about it and they stated that they were out of the vases. (I take responsibility for not asking before ordering) but i was a little upset. Overall the place was nice and clean and the employee super friendly.

Disgusted is not the word to use !!!! My husband being an amazing man called and placed a order 7/22 for our anniversary. Some nasty attitude girl called him back to let him know she cannot deliver it to me and he'll have to pick up . He works nights and so he explains that her response - I'm gonna cancel then ( your hours says you're working what's the problem). Save your money and spend with someone who cares about customers

I had placed an order online for a basket to be delivered which originally had stated it would come from the Lake Mary location which ended up getting transferred to the Apopka location! The Apopka location stated they attempted to make the delivery but no one was home so they leave door tags however since April 2022 I have ordered nine baskets to be delivered to family and friends with no issues from any of the other locations except for the Apopka location who does not call their customers before making a delivery unlike the other locations who state that they call before making a delivery attempt .The individual receiving the basket had attempted to call on Thursday and then attempted to call on Friday twice with no phone call returned to him. My daughter called on Saturday to inquire about having the basket delivered and the location stated they were too busy to deliver the basket on Saturday and they are closed on Sundays! Which brings to Monday and the basket still has not been delivered. I called to speak with the manager of the location Sam whom she states they never received any calls but they were too busy on Saturday to deliver the basket since they already attempted one time and Sam proceeded to tell me that if I wanted it delivered again the second time then she would charge me a $15 charge or someone can come in and pick it up themselves. I had requested Sam to just refund the money in full as it had been almost a week and there is not been another attempt to deliver the basket as per Sam's policy they attempt to deliver twice after attempting to deliver the basket twice then the customer must come in and pick it up however according to Sam they only lead door tags they don't attempt to call the customer.This locations lack of professionalism and lack of care for their customers who are paying quite a bit of money for just a little bit of fruit is rude, inconsiderate and I'm sure they would feel the same if they were on the other side. I will NEVER use this location again!

I ordered online and received an email confirmation. The next day I received a phone call at the end of business day saying they could not deliver the following day. I called the corporate office and they insisted that the Apopka store should deliver. I called two other stores nearby and they all said that Apopka store has a terrible reputation and won't deliver. I had to order from Publix for my sisters birthday. Their app was so incredibly easy. I'm sure she will love it. I had ordered two days in advance With edible arrangements, what a terrible experience

I order an edible arrangement on June 13; 2022for delivery on June14; finally it was delivered 23 days later with no explanation at all from the manger of this location, they never called at all to tell me there was an issue The manager of this location attitude is it was delivered

Customer service sucks I got a fruit platter for my birthday fruit came rotten,hot,and moldy management sucks

I came to there shop and they was just amazing i want everyone to gooo please the sweets are great it was my birthday I came for a freebiw gift and got way more they are just too sweet

Showed up at 10pm. My mom is elderly and wanted to get her something nice for Mother's Day. They showed up at 10pm and the order must had been in the truck all day Becuase it was room temperature and all the chocolate had melted off the strawberries and it was suppose to come with balloons and it didn't . It's so disappointing because I paid over 100$ for this BS. Ruin my mom's day. I could have made this myself! I'm disputing with my bank.

great . the store associate was great & very helpful . positive attitude i went to a different location first an the associate was no help . Came to the appeal location and 10/10 service
