Dunkin'

I come here often when I'm in a pinch for time. I live in the area. Their Donuts are always dry. They taste like Walmart bakery packaged. One time the Specials drink came out really good. It tasted like a Starbucks Frappuccino. I thought it was a win and came back the next morning. It was flavorless and watery. What the heck. I don't expect good customer service here in Kissimmee. And I DO expect scowling people at the window here, and everywhere else in this county. so I wasn't surprised there. I just was disappointed that the drink could taste so amazing one day and all the rest of the times blah like the rest of their food. They don't listen on the prompts and assume you mean whatever's in their head. Since they don't need to listen, they know what you want lol. Once such guy repeated to me something completely different that actually turned out to be pretty good. Oh well. I'm moving soon. Can't live in Kissimmee anymore! Want better.

Always good fast service inside. Good donuts and coffee . Always has the donuts available that I want to buy. Has a drive thru... But I like to use the small dining area to enjoy a cup of coffee.

This is the 2nd time I came here. The first time, the toaster was down so no hot food. This time the line is way out in the street causing a traffic jam because of how slow they are! I will never come to this location again. Just horrible service!

I never really have a problem with this dunkin location. I visit nearly everyday so the girls know me. Sunshine is so nice!!! Yes, this location gets busy, but so does all the other ones. Just be patient. Thank you guys for doing what you do!

Danger Will Robinson, dangerrrrr!! The hash browns were cooked in bad overheated oil and tasted nasty. The cold brew was burned coffee from the prior day that had been chilled. The breakfast sandwich had a hair in it. Never coming back. You've been warned.

Awful. Complete garbage. Every time I come here I get a donut. Obviously, but here's the thing my brother also gets one but I HATE chocolate so we ask them time and time again to make sure they are separate. But they always put them in a bag not separate and sometimes the chocolate donut is face first on top of my donut that is in the bag regularly, and all of the frosting goes onto my donut. But that is not all, sometimes they barely even put sugar in my coffee, or sometimes the coffee tastes only like milk? Well that is it for my review and I will be going to a Dunkin' that is farther from this one just to get good service.

Ordered mini bagels and they were cold inside. Ordered a iced matcha and not only wasn't cold and the ice melt fast, but it tasted like pure milk.

I bought three breakfast sandwiches, and at the bottom of the bag were used gloves. The store managers name is CARME RODRIGUEZ. This location in Ponciana Florida does not have good food safety and sanitation.

Very rude and disrespectful. I ate here before perfectly fine but this time I was in line tryna order some food and the lady working is screaming and banging on things and talking bad about customers behind there back. These comments weren't directed at me but just the unprofessionalism and attitude of that lady was enough for me to just leave and not even order

My teacher went there to get donuts for the students as a goodbye and next thing she knows Ms.Crystal or Krystal, however you write it, this employee had the rudest attitude, didn't help her at all. Terrible service, you should check who you're employing, or atleast train them to not have such a nasty attitude.
