When we return to Orlando - we will definitely come back here, it was totally worth the wait, Staff/service/atmosphere- wow, people were so eager to grab a seat at the bar they were practically doing gymnastics and karate kicks too. Apparently they have another spot too. Beth and I highly recommend it

Domu is a hometown favorite that I'm always happy to dine at when visiting Orlando. I've gone to the East End location a handful of times over the years, and this was my first time visiting the Dr. Phillips location. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. There's indoor and outdoor seating, as well as seating at the bar top. We arrived on a Friday evening with a rather large group. We were quoted about a 90 minute wait and waited a bit over an hour. We waited outside at the designated benches before eventually finding room in their lounge area. By the time we were seated, most of us had a good idea of what we hopped to order. They were clearly very busy, and we were pretty hungry. We ordered a handful of starters, along with our main entrees all at once. While I understand the starters coming out individual, some took much longer than others. Most of us ordered ramen, which did take quite some time to be served. By the time we were served, it was probably past 9PM. They missed a few side items but otherwise everything was delicious. Again, it was a busy Friday night so I understand the longer than usual waits. I would definitely be back time and time again, hopefully on a quieter evening!

I had my first visit to Domu, and I'm already looking forward to the next one! I started with the kimchi butter wings, and they were packed with flavor, definitely a standout dish. I also tried the Cheezus, which was a unique experience, but I ended up really enjoying it. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the ramen, but my friends ordered some and were thoroughly impressed. As for drinks, I went with the Bees Knees and the Wasabi Margarita, both were well-balanced cocktails that complemented the meal perfectly. The waitress was great with offering recommendations & always checking on us. Overall, a great experience, and I can't wait to return!

I am so glad I came across this restaurant because not only the ambiance is very chic and hip, everybody was so nice and kind. The hostess was very sweet and patience, and our server Dayna was excellent! We love a good tonkotsu ramen and wanted to try something new so we asked for her opinion and we went for it! Spicy miso was SOOO RICH AND FLAVORFUL, it puts my love for tonkotsu to shame :pI am still thinking about the ramen and looking forward to be back soon!!!!!!!

I've been to this Domu multiple times and It's consistently been a great experience! This time around we ordered a couple new appetizers to try. Both of the appetizers we tried (Cheezus and Pigs in a blanket) were pretty good. I would probably try new ones next time though. The Richie Rich Ramen is my favorite ramen! I always get it when I come. It's so flavorful and very filling. I dream about this ramen. I highly recommend it. The ambiance is also very nice. Love the decor and the service is good too. This place is a staple in my 'favorite restaurants' rotation for sure!

The wait is long and they do not do takeout. If you want to try this place expect at least 1 hr wait. They do have a bar to order apps and drinks. I would recommend the mango lychee lemonade, it's delicious but unfortunately the glass is quite small. The wings are soooo good. It's a must. You must try the wings. The Ramen was is delicious and worth the wait. I had the Tokyo on one occasion and the yuzu shoyu on a different day and they were both delicious. My partner had the Richie Rich and the Tsukemen. The broth for both of those dishes was so delicious. I think Richie rich had the most delicious broth from all 4 dishes we tried. So my recommendation would be to get the wings and the Richie Rich if it's your first visit.

Came here for a late dinner after a great day at Islands of Adventure. Service was nice and attentive. The kimchi butter wings had a nice flavor and were a good size. My curry ramen was fine. The flavor was very good but the noodles were thinner and not the typical texture I'm used too. The fried chicken thigh also didn't work at all for me in the broth. Would definitely go for a chashu dish next time.Chashu Don was a solid pick by my niece.

With the day before my birthday, I wanted to go somewhere special and close by. Domu is one of my favorite places near Dr. Phillips, so I went on a Saturday evening. They don't take reservations and I thought I would have a long wait for a table, but I got very lucky to find an empty seat at the bar. I took an old fashioned (12 dollars) for my drink, and it was exactly as strong and flavorful I wanted. While straws were not provided, I was able to enjoy every sip from the glass. I decided to skip the ramen this time and try the Domu don instead. I was amazed on how delicious it was. The bowl had ample amounts of spicy tuna, salmon roe, and even a small piece of sea urchin. The tuna was fresh and the sauce had the perfect amount of heat to make me sweat a bit. The salmon roe had the wonderful flavor when I took each bite. The sea urchin was just divine. For the veggies, there was radish and cucumber that were fresh and crispy. The rice made the meal filling. For 21 bucks, it was a great deal. Domu not only makes awesome ramen, but fabulous dons as well. For dessert, the taro soft serve was rich and had a great after taste. My bartender remembered me from my previous visit and welcomed me. He made sure I was doing well and happy. He also comped my ice cream since it was the day before my birthday. I was able to talk to other patrons at the bar while enjoying my meal. It still gets crowded during the weekend, so either you get lucky to find a bar seat quickly, or you wait patiently (sometimes an hour or longer) for a table. But trust me, it's well worth the wait! If they do phenomenal ramens and dons, I can't wait to see what they will think of bringing next!

Decided to check this Japanese ramen place during my weekend trip to Orlando. Was excited to check this place out as they won several years of Best ramen/wings in Orlando. We got richie rich ramen and spicy Tonkatsu per recommendation along witb DOMU wings. The ingredients were fresh but the portion size was bit small with scarce broth and/taste of the broth/ramen were just okay to me. Wings were crispy as they advertised, but bit salty. Overall, solid 4/5 stars for me!
