If you are looking for an AMAZING cake that's detail oriented, tasty, fresh and made by someone who is super sweet and response- Desiree is your baker! My husband didn't even want to have it cut bc it was so on point! I wanted to have a birthday cake made that was in the shape of my husband's favorite sneaker- yes he is a sneaker head! Desiree was responsive the entire time and helped give feedback. I had to change my pickup time two times and she was accommodating. The cake looked just like his shoe with every detail in it down to the texture of the soup of the shoe! He truly didn't want to cut it. The portion size was perfect. I picked chocolate with hazelnut bc he is a chocolate lover and it was yummy!! We were eating it for a few days and it stayed moist and fresh! All in all- it was a wonderful experience and my family friends that live in FL cannot wait to order when the next birthday comes around.

Thank you for this amazing cake. It looked great and tasted amazing. The cake was a 3-tier vanilla cake with strawberry filling and buttercream Frosting with macaroons and mini Hershey bars.

What a gem! I needed someone who was able to recreate one of the most famous scenes of the Star Wars saga. After many rejected emails saying the cake was "impossible," "too difficult," "not worth it," I came across Desiree and she was such a blessing. My boyfriend means the world to me, and in return I wanted to surprise him with something that was an edible birthday gift. Star Wars is what brought us together so it was very important this cake was made just right. The hour I emailed Desiree, she responded immediately with a "YES!" She took the time out of her day to meet with my physically to go over the design, cake flavor, etc to make sure the cake is the most personalized cake ever to fit my ideas. I'm not a cake person, I have no idea what to look for in a cake but Desiree helped me out step by step. I just answered her questions she had for me. She does ask for a deposit before the cake is made and before you pick up the cake, to pay the rest of it on the spot. Fair enough! She also doesn't send you update photos of the cake, so that way when you're very surprised when you pick up the cake! Nevertheless, the cake turned out amazing and more than expected. It looked so identical to the movie scene that no one wanted to cut through the bust. The cake was also super moist and stayed moist the entire night and a couple days later. This cake had the whole family gasping for air and saying, "How?!" The same question I still ask myself until this day. HOW DID SHE DO IT?! I highly recommend going to her for any personalized cakes. She can literally do it all! What also makes it great is you can tell she puts a lot of love and time into her projects. She's also very very very nice and responsive. Definitely a plus. Desiree more than met our expectations. She made a beautiful& delicious cake for our daughter's birthday. She was able to make it in short notice & at a reasonable price. We highly recommend & will be using her services again in the future.

I'm so glad I chose Desiree to make my daughter's 4th Birthday cake. I appreciate how upon reaching out to her she took the time to sketch out an example of the unicorn theme cake. She did an amazing job.

i am just astounded as to how amazingly talented this women is !! her cakes are so lifelike it is almost a shame to cut into them and eat them but oh man you will so want to eat them they not only look amazing but they are melt in your mouth delicious!! i am heartbroken that i can no longer order and eat her cakes at my parties because of a recent diagnosis of celiac disease so my only complaint would be that she does not have gluten free options yet so that i can continue to enjoy her amazing product :)

This talented pastry chef can do anything. I needed something within a few days and she was able to fulfill my request. I wasn't really sure about a design but she listened to what I wanted on the cake and drew a couple of designs from my ideas and we were able to choose a great design within my budget. She also features around 15 different fillings for inside the cake. I suggest that you look at her website and see her fantastic designs. Last but not least the cake and fillings were delicious.
