Save the trip. Go elsewhere. Food was horrible. Chicken club was overcooked and the bacon was chewy. The French fries I thought were gonna be good, but they were served like warm at best. Like they had been sitting. As was the sandwich. But that makes sense as the meal was 40 minutes plus with no crowd. My wife's was worse. Crispy chicken sandwich. Sons was ok at best, but it was just chicken tenders. On a good note, the beer was cold and fried pickles were good. Server was not good. Took way too long for everything. But in all fairness she said she was new. So I'll cut her some slack.

Walked in around 2pm. Wanted to sit outside but there were so many smokers out there so we opted for inside. Took quite a long time to be greeted. I asked what kind of IPAs they had in bottle and the server suggested Newcastle. I mentioned a beer I had there prior and said that would work or I'd pass. My friend ordered a taco salad and a large draft, She ate the salad because she was starving but the taco shell was chewy and soft, there was like 6 pieces of lettuce and a couple tomatoes. While there I got a glass shard in my hand that drew blood we still aren't sure where it came from but there was on other chard on the table after I looked. Prices were decent so come at your own risk?

Good experience for our party of 6, everyone's food was very good. The overall price is a little much for a typical family go to place. The beer price is higher than most places we have been to while visiting the area as well. The Ale house name is a little deceiving as most if not all the beers on tap are national standard beers. We were hoping for more regional craft type brews. All in all it was a decent experience with good service and good food.

So we ordered the nachos Canned cheese and overcooked hamburger on it. Burger and fries, fries are amazing. Burger has blu cheese on it and no flavor. And some sort of chicken teriyaki wrap. Has canned coleslaw on it. Step up your food. Waiting on a water for 10min now.

The managers are extremely rude!!! One gave us attitude when we asked for the Packers game on the TV. She had no idea who was playing the only game of the night. Later the next manager got mad that I was in the bathroom. She threw the bottle of cleaner while she huffed and puffed. I would fire both of them if I wanted my business to remain there. No wonder this restaurant is normally dead. It's the managers not the bartenders and servers.

Great place to watch a game or play a few rounds of pool or video games. They have TVs all over, even at the outdoor bar. The food is always good and service is friendly but a little slow. Great place to hang out and eat, just make sure you have time.

There was only 1 server on at lunch and several tables to handle. I expected to have to wait for just about everything. I was so wrong. Kiki was AMAZING!! She handled each table with a big smile and great attitude. These days, you don't see fantastic service often but today we had the best!
