I don't know how to feel about this place. On the surface, it was fine, but it should have been much better in food and drinks, especially for where we were. We showed up to watch the OSU/Oregon game on NYD. We are from out of town so we saw their site and liked their logo. When we got there, it was completely empty except for the friend we were meeting. There seemed to be one bartender there and while he was nice and welcoming, he was running around alot. My buddy ordered food which came out looking a bit weird. It was some kind of wrap which made him feel a little ill after eating it, cutting the night a little early. Not sure if was the food from there, but he wasn't impressed by what he got. The whole experience was just blah. I am not sure how this sticks out from the rest of downtown Orlando, but I wasn't impressed. The drinks were fine, but my friend's food put it into the two star territory.

We were in town for the pop tart bowl and found a crowded bar with an empty table. Yay! My peeve is with the waitstaff. I asked if the stand up bar menu on the table was the only menu and was told yeah. Later, I saw a big lit up changing menu board on a wall, and realized most of the other tables were eating great stuff NOT on the little menu we had. We weren't that hungry, anyway-my husband just wanted loaded fries. But people were even having champagne brunches, and I just had a limited pick and got a Turkey bacon wrap. I will say, though, that it was a fantastic wrap. And the bar was lively. My bad luck apparently was a precursor to the football game. Oh well.

My recent visit to Daffy Duck Restaurant was unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I'll share why. After completing a 5k marathon, my friends and I wanted to celebrate with a quick bite. We stumbled upon Daffy Duck and were initially greeted warmly by fellow guests who congratulated us on our run. However, the positive start quickly turned sour.I would say that the ambiance of the restaurant was nice! Definitely thought this would be a good place to go after running. They had the game playing which my boyfriend and his friend throughly enjoyed. When it came to being greeted for a waiter, we waited a lengthy 15 minutes before being acknowledged. It was Reese, the manager, stepped in to take our order when we were finally ready. I requested my order to go, while my friends were still deciding, but the process was not smooth. We waited for another 10 mins for the drinks which we had to constantly keep telling them that we were ready to order.Gabby, another waitress, displayed rudeness when my friend asked about a specific drink, belittling her knowledge of the drinks. Despite my attempts to ensure everyone got their drinks, Gabby skipped my friend's boyfriend's order entirely. The food took a frustrating 50 minutes to arrive, despite my placing an earlier to-go order. Gabby's attitude continued, and she presented all the food on one check without asking, causing confusion and inconvenience. When we requested separate checks for our party of four, Gabby's response was unprofessional and dismissive. The food itself was disappointing. My boyfriend's wings were soggy and lacked flavor, accompanied by an unrequested sauce that made them worse. My chicken Caesar wrap was overloaded with chicken and lacking in other elements, and my friends also found their meals underwhelming. The chicken Caesar wrap stated on the menu that it would have croutons, lettuce, and chicken. I had so much meat on my wrap, no croutons and 1 piece of lettuce. The chicken was about 80% of the wrap. On a positive note, manager Reese handled the situation well after Gabby's rude behavior, and he kindly removed items from the bill that we didn't enjoy. However, the overall experience left much to be desired, and I don't plan on returning. Despite Reese's efforts, Gabby's unprofessionalism and the subpar food made this visit a regrettable one.

Came here the other day for a work happy hour and was not a bad spot. I loved the music and the drinks were also pretty good. We ordered the nachos, the mozzarella sticks, and the buffalo flatbread and all were a hit on the table! We came after work on a Thursday night so it was relatively slow. The bartender was very attentive and quick to serve and constantly checked in on if we needed anything cleaned or ordered. I'm sure during game days or Fridays/weekends this place gets packed (there are parking garages around the area but limited street parking).

Really marginal. The menu (see pic) is NOT what is advertised. Very small and I have to say average even for FL! Bbq chicken pizza was odd. Extra for "sweet" peppers (they were green peppers) and there were 4 slices on the flatbread. Until a couple of guys walked in the place I was the only person there- red flag. Server was friendly, thus the second star. Nope

The food is good but they nerfed the brunch menu and now you can only get grilled cheese. The soup doesn't even come with a spoon. It was awesome but I was reduced to drinking it from the bowl. I'm adding the updated menu to my review. The bottomless beer or champagne until 3PM still slaps. Angelina is one of the best servers this restaurant has ever seen.

Sooooooo this was a strange visit. Like straight from Bar Rescue. This spot was picked because of the 4 star review but it's not all that. The bar is a typical bar and it's smaller than it appears from the pictures. The menu has slim pickings for food but it's a bar so I can't complain. The food is what you would expect for typical bar food. Nothing special but decent. The drinks were nothing to brag about. Just an average place until Mr Duck came in. This dude literally slammed two shots from behind the bar within his first five minutes of his shift. He talked to customers of how drunk he got the previous day and then started to play games with customers that led to drinking again on the job. Definitely unprofessional and I am sure this bar is loosing money. Time to call John Taffer
