The three stars are for the young server that was very thorough and polite. The buffalo chicken pizza had a lot to be desired. At first glance, I forgot we ordered chicken on it and thought it was bacon cause it was really dark. But when I tasted it, it was dried out chicken. The crust was very hard as well. I was very disappointed. This was my first visit, but it did not give me the desire to go back for a second time.

This location has a typical pizzeria menu featuring pizza's, as well as calzone and Stromboli's and they also offer pizza by the slice. They do offer delivery and takeout and are conveniently located right next-door to citrus city craft, a local tap-house. As I was looking for something to snack on while we were at citrus city watching the football game, I came across Dallis pizza on Yelp. It was extremely convenient for me to be able to place my take-out order directly from Yelp, but my only concern was is that I was never notified that my order was ready. After about 15 minutes, I walk next door to inquire about my order, as I never received a notification via Yelp that it had been received by the location. Turns out that not only had they received it. It was already complete and they were waiting on me.I opted in for their Stromboli that had pepperoni, mozzarella, cheese, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, with their sweet sauce. Overall, the Stromboli was good but, I felt that the dough of the Stromboli could've been cooked just a little bit longer as it was very soft as I was cutting into it. The vegetables also definitely could have been cooked more. They were basically raw.

I don't know if I caught this place on a really bad day but the entire experience was not great. When placing an order for pick up on a Tuesday around 7:30 pm, the women who took my order kept interrupting me while I was adding things. By the end she didn't catch half the order, barked a total at me and hung up and of course upon pick up it was wrong. I called to ask if there was anything they could do and I heard the women in the background say "what?!" obnoxiously and she hopped back on the phone with me. Again, talking over me, not listening at all, began to argue with me that she told me she took the order and repeated it back to me which she never did at all. I said "no, you didn't. Lol You were talking over me and didn't hear me then barked a total at me." She said "well you weren't charged for the other items". The attitude of this lady.. I don't know who she was but I grew up here in lake Mary and I have to be honest. I'm absolutely sick and tired of the lack of customer service. I don't know what hole these people crawled out of but I'm kind of sick of this weird entitled attitude. The best way to remedy this is to shut them down. Furthermore the pizza sucked. Half the slices didn't even have cheese and there was a total of maybe 5 scraps of mushroom. So the food wasn't even worth the attitude. There's no reason to go here. Keep scrolling for a better pizza place. There are many in the area.

Soggy calzone and did not include cup of sauce. Chicken parmigiana was burnt- the covered the chicken in thick tomato sauce to cover it up. What a disappointment. I will be looking for a new place. As a long time customer I've seen the decline in the last year.

We decided to try Dallis since the reviews online were very good.The pizza was excellent. Probably the closest to true New York style I have tried in the area. I also had the calzone which was great. The server was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a New York feel to it.

Food was good but I believe I'm being charged more then everyone else due to being ethnic. didn't know that a party of two get charged 18% gratuity without being informed got charged 199 for lemon got charged a dollar for sauce for my spaghetti. I had pasta and shrimp. Spaghetti portions were not as large as usual. I will not be coming back. Hidden stormy racism. Does everyone get charged gratuity? Please let us know. We are totally offended, to think we were gonna give her a bigger tip than the one she initiated on her own

Sorry, I'm taking them off my list. Pizza was ok. I feel with so many pizza places around someone would stop cutting cost s and add some toppings. The more of a variety of toppings you order the smaller the amounts of each you get.
