Crumbl - Lake Mary

This crumble was quick and easy. Clean place and super friendly. Cookies came out looking great. I would recommend.

Horrible experience today! This was our families first time ordering here and we were so excited to try the cookies people always talk about. I placed my order this morning to do a 4:20pm pick up and it is 5:30 and the order is still not ready. When my husband asked the worker if the order was ready bc it was for 4:20 she asked his name and came back saying he's 8th in line. He didn't hear her at first and she said you are 8th you know like 4 plus 4 is 8. My husband said I know how to count and add I just couldn't hear what you said. We ended up canceling our order and left

Love love love these cookies. Great aesthetic and love the rotating menu. My only complaint is the nutritional information is a bit misleading. You would assume a serving size is 1 cookie, but it's a 1/4 cookie for 100 calories.

The service is always so fast!! & the flavors to choice from are always a nice surprise as they change every week. The cookies are on the thick side, if you're into that!

My daughter just had to try this new trending cookie place so we went!! Inside was very busy w the workers making cookie after cookie to supply the demand of the people ordering. The cookies are HUGE!! and so yummy. I just don't get what is the difference between this cookie and a regular cookie shop? I really don't have a favorite cause they were all to sweet for me but they were delicious. We got one of each of what they make! My total I believe was a little over 20 bucks for 6 cookies. When you see the size of them you will understand why they're pricey. They're definitely pnot dry! Thank god! My kids loved all the cookies so there's that lol

Crumbl cookies are the best!My favorite all time cookie is Chocolate chip.It melts in your mouth. You can tell, Crumble cookies use the best ingredients there is!

I visited the Lake Mary location to get a gift card. I asked if I would receive points for the purchase and was told no, not for buying a gift card. I looked at the app and I did receive points, Great! Customer service was not that great!!The store has water leaking from the roof and a bucket was there to collect the water but it was leaking in more spots other than were the bucket was.

First time here and the cookies were delicious the staff was friendly and they have all varieties of cookies the kids loved it

The service to say the least was horrible . I was waiting in like for about 5-10 minutes waiting to order because I was going to pay in cash. There was a lady ahead of me she was helped and seen right away but when I went up the girl had walked away and didn't come back and she gave me a side eye and went to folding boxes & still had yet to even ask me if I was taken care of or if I needed any help with anything so my husband said he has his card we can just pay that way. I let the employee know that i was waiting on her to come back and she was acting very clueless. Never have I had an experience like this here but i will say this was VERY disappointing.
