Crumbl - Sand Lake

This is the best Crumbl location I have been to hands down! This location is leaps and bounds better than the one in Millenia - less crowded, quicker service, enthusiastic staff. The inside was clean and the employees were an absolute joy, even considering I went towards the end of the night. It was two young gentleman working who both greeted me upon entering the store and when I was about to leave.The cookies themselves were fresh and decorated very nicely; they didn't look rushed at all. While I did visit this location on a Friday, which could be part of the reason why it wasn't so busy, everything was in stock which typically doesn't happen too often at the end of the week/when a new item is on the menu.

Parking was ok, a shared lot. Location was very clean. This is a self service resting location, the employees get a little moody if you ask for help with the ordering process, which is self-explanatory, unless you haven't used their app. That the strawberry milk cookie it was about an inch and a half thick with a whole bunch of strawberry cream on top. I will say this cookie was 99% sugar. The kids shared it and they enjoyed it no real complaints.

This location is a little too convenient! Lol. It has a big parking lot so there is not a parking issue at all. The service is always great and the cookies are always fresh and yummy! It is very clean inside and out on the patio!

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this location. I actually happened to stumble upon the grand opening of this location months ago. I'm so glad I did. This location was clean and neat! We were immediately greeted when we walked in. The manager and owners both took time with us to answer our questions and provide cookie recommendations. I took them up on their suggestions and I am so glad I did. The cookies were warm, fresh, and delicious. Presentation was everything. The owner checked our box for us before it was handed to us and had staff replace one of the cookies to ensure it was satisfactory. I really enjoyed the cookies that were recommended. Thank you for your service, attention to details, and for making us feel welcomed.

Positive experience. They have kiosks with iPads for ordering that can take promotional coupons. Cookies are very rich and calorie dense, so definitely not a reduce calorie diet type of food. Cookies are about 600 calories each but taste amazing!

My 11 year old daughter and I loved it! The hot chocolate chip cookie was perfect! The other cookies we got were a bit much and very sweet but that allowed us to eat small bites throughout the day. We thought all of the ones we got were excellent! Not dry at all! Service was very good quick! We ordered at a kiosk iPad thing and then out cookies were at the counter for us. The staff showed them to us before closing the box to make sure they were correct. Ambience was fine. Clean. Nothing special but it's the cookies we were there for anyway!

So lucky to stop by without a lineup! Very conveniently located next to a Chipotle, we knew we had to try these cookies because the new restaurant that opened up in Toronto (where I'm from) has a lineup that goes around the corner! Cookies are very big and there is a very tasty selection to choose from! The semi-sweet chocolate chip was the favorite by far! But taste wise, every cookie was way too sweet. If they could calm down with the sugar in the recipes, I think it would be a knockout! Super nice staff and cute packaging!

I can't believe I didn't take a picture of what we ordered. I got chocolate chip, s'mores, two type of Oreos cookie. These things were expensive. $5.00 each but what I didn't realize how big these cookies are. They are mini flying saucers. These cookie are super soft but firm. We spread out eating these cookies and on the 5th day the last cookie was still soft. I see why they are prices. Well worth it

I'm not really a sweets person, but was craving a cookie and of course it had to be Crumbl. I ordered a corn bread cookie and what I thought was a strawberry shortcake cookie, ended up being an actual shortcake. The cookie was fire. I liked that the corn bread taste was subtle. The shortcake was so good and I easily split it and still had some of it left over. As always the service was great. Defielty my go to spot when craving something sweet.

The most delicious cookies in all of Orlando,Florida. Mondays are for minis, you can try all the flavors and the variety is top notch! Every week you get something different and you can never get bored with their cookies because you are always getting something different!
