Randomly was craving ice cream so stopped by crispy cone to see what it was all about....what!!!!! The outside was beautiful!! I love outdoor seating on a hot day with cold ice cream. The decor was cute. It's a self service make your own ice cream cone with the cone being roll. Crazy huh! The ice cream was soft serve ice cream, which was not too sweet. Lots of fun toppings, I went with biscotti and Nutella. The roll was a mix of a cinnamon roll/ bread consistency. I like it! Overall, it's a fun treat to try and kids would definitely love it.

I was so excited to see one of these open in Orlando, especially after seeing it on Shark Tank. That's where the excitement ended...First, let's talk about gloves! The dude making my cone was standing there with his hands upon his hips (I dip, you dip, we dip). And yes, his gloved hands on his person... Then he proceeded to grab my cone by the edible part (WTF?) and I had to put a stop to it and ask to change his gloves. Why am I teaching food safety at these places? The ordering was a bit odd... you pick an ice cream flavor, a filling, a topping, and blah blah blah blah... so friggin confusing! It should be a simple process. It's Ice cream, I'm not building a droid at Disney. Simplify!!!!The cone part was good, kind of like a crispy cinnamon croissant. It fell apart but was tasty at least. It's a novel idea for sure, and maybe this location just didn't execute well. The ice cream quality wasn't good at all.... it wasn't creamy or flavorful. The best I could say is it was cold! And it wasn't easy to eat... I was a friggin mess. They need to put these in Truck Stops so you can shower afterwards. So why 2 stars? Did you read anything I wrote! Just a big cluster and it will probably be closed soon. The quality of the ingredients for the price just isn't there. Get a Pint at Publix at full price and you'll feel less guilty than paying for this abomination.

A fun addition to the Orlando food scene! The cones are baked rotisserie-style and covered in cinnamon sugar, covered inside with a jam or spread, with a tower or soft-service ice cream and/or toppings. It's a pretty decadent dessert! We ordered using a touch screen and then waited on the sidelines, watching the workers make fresh cones - which was super cool. Your orders are prepared pretty quickly and they seem to have an efficient work process. The cones are big enough to share! My husband and I shared one and we hit our sweet limit pretty early on. You have to eat fast because the ice cream melts, even with the jam/Nutella/cookie butter layer slowing it down. I was a bit underwhelmed with the cone overall - we got the standard cone with Nutella spread and strawberries as a topping. The dough was really thick and a bit dry the night we went; it was bread-like, but lacked the fluffiness. The soft-serve was regular vanilla soft-serve. I think the price is fair given the amount of work that goes into making these cones, but I'm not sure they're to my taste. When we were there, there were only 2-3 tables with chairs and a few standing tables inside. If the weather is nice, you can sit outside; but if you go on a rainy evening like we did, it can get pretty crowded inside. There is a parking lot, but it gets full quickly and can be hard to find a spot. Overall, I think it's worth a try and had a good experience.

Yummmmmy! Cute little shop with the most delicious soft serve ice cream (think extra creamy and rich!). Cones are a combo of a churro/donut/cone magical goodness! Service was super friendly. Inside and outside were clean and invited! Can't wait to come back!

I am a sucker for all things sweet and this ice cream does not disappoint! The concept of serving ice cream in crispy waffle cones is executed perfectly. The cones are fresh, crunchy, and I love that you can fill them with your choice of peanut butter or Nutella! The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The ambiance is casual and inviting, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat with friends or family. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem.

After months of wanting to try it, I enjoyed my experience. The staff was super helpful in helping me decide what I should pair together. I went specifically for the the Oreo, duh. So I paired the oreo cone with light Nutella, crushed oreos and a cookie butter drizzle. It was so good! I wish that the cone would have been warm. I know that doesn't work well for ice cream but you get me. They do sell a warm cone with fruit. My overall experience was good. I wouldn't say bring a group to eat it there... maybe outside by the car? I do think it's a little over priced for just soft serve but I didn't deduct based on my perception of pricing.

Probably the best type of ice cream cone I have ever had. What I got: Crispy come with vanilla, cookie butter spread, and strawberries. Saying I inhaled this thing is an understatement. It is so good and I can not wait for them to come to North Dallas. Atmosphere: Personally, it'd be a grab and go situation. There's not a lot of seating area and it's so busy that the tables were pretty sticky. Service: Though you order at a kiosk, I was so intrigued by the process and the people working were so friendly!

A speciality ice cream shop in the Hourglass district. They have chimney cones, a traditional dessert from Romania! They have elevated the dessert by adding Nutella to the cone before filling it with ice cream. It's a wonderful dessert and very sweet! The cone itself was delicious and I could eat it alone. The service here was nice, the guy working there was polite and helpful.Watching the cakes and everything being made was fun!

We visited Crispy cones all the way from Ocala! You order on a monitor they have cones filled with fruit, ice cream or just soft serve. The cone I thought was good. I filled mine with Nutella, vanilla soft serve with Carmel drizzle and strawberries. I enjoyed it. my husband was not a fan. He felt like the soft serve was very cheap for the cost. Which is about $9.00 per cone. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the cup it's served in. It's tiny so it's very messy here in FL where everything melts quickly. The patio was dog friendly and they gave a free pup cup to my dog. Personally I would return they offer different specialty cones. This time it was a fruity pebbles cone. And mulberry soft serve.
