Cricket's Bar & Grill

Really great service! I got the BLT, it was double stacked and really tasty! I got a side salad because they were out of sweet potato fries and the salad was so big! My friend got the hummus plate. It came with a generous amount of veggies, olives, fresh toasted pita, and the hummus was also very good! Expect a busy bar, chill atmosphere.

It's the only thing open and available during the week if staying at The Florida Hotel after 8. The biggest critique are the prices. Being there for a work training I didn't have transportation and the mall attached closes at 8. Food tasted well, but wouldn't get it again given the price. Great service and the waitress was super accommodating and gave great service. Nice environment and great for date or family.

Just came in for a nightcap. Friendly bartenders. Good selection of a full bar. Small tap selection- but good variety. Menu looked fairly priced for the location. Very loud. Seems that large groups staying at the hotel congregate and it turns into a loud party.Nice place to hang out.

Customer service has not been lost at Crickets. Efficiently and timely considering how busy it is.

Hotel restaurants can go with way, luckily this one went the right way! My friends ate at the attached food court and I didn't see anything I wanted to eat, so I checked out the menu for Cricket's online and decided to check it out on the way back to our room. I'm glad we did! The food and drinks were delicious and the service was great! Definitely check this place out if you are staying at the hotel. The chicken Marsala was rich and tasty! The pestopasta and green beans that were served with it were also great. The bartenders made great drinks, to the rim, and thoughtfully entered appropriate conversations throughout the bar. I had such a great night!

I attempted to get something to go. Walked in at 8 pm before my flight. One of the customers at the bar informed me that the employee had stepped away for a minute. After 15 minutes of waiting still no employee. I let the front desk at the hotel know, but front desk employee wasn't worried about it.

5 stars for the bartender. I left my two bags at the counter. When I returned about 2 hours later, they were placed to the side for me. The food was meh...but integrity goes a long way in my book. I had the shrimp and grits. I'm used to the Charleston style shrimp and grits...these were more sautéed with no sauce. The wings looked tasty...

Carlos, Matt, and the entire staff have made the visit to Crickets at the Florida Hotel each year an excellent experience. Friendly, attentive, and on top of things! I'm looking forward to going back next year

If you are attending a conference or staying at the Florida mall conference hotel, chances are you will have that captive feeling of only one good bar choice. Crickets was so enjoyable and reasonable, I would still go there either way. Beers on tap include a nice selection, even Stella and for $5.00 a pint, seemed like a good deal, especially for a bar located in a hotel area. If you want something fancier for $10 I would recommend the raspberry lemon drop martini. Sweet yes, but packs a delicious punch. Food is the typical bar fare and we tried the gluten free pizza to accommodate one of our friends. I enjoyed the thin, crispy crust, and delicious pizza so much I wouldn't have even known it was gluten free. the atmosphere was nice with regular tables, high tops, and large tables for groups, not to mention the full bar. Even though they were very busy, there were plenty of servers available to quickly take our orders and bring us great food and drinks. I am a fan of Crickets and I look forward to an excuse to get back to the Florida Mall to stop in again.

Decent food. A bit on the pricy side. I got the burger with sweet potato fries. Staff is great, very accommodating and friendly.
