First time here & it was great. I will definitely be back! Make sure bring your appetite, portions are large.

A nice seafood place with a large menu. Very kid and wheelchair friendly. We sat at the bar and got ok service. The food came out hot and fast. Just didn't get that "happy to serve you" feeling.

They should bring this concept to TX. Oh wait, they have it already! Lol, I just didn't know about it at all until I stopped in?! How have I never heard of it? I went all the way to Orlando, FL to realize this is a tasty but pricey place to enjoy some seafood in a bag (seafood boil). The place was large, and only a few tables were occupied. We basically had a whole section to ourselves, which I love, thank you, hostess for seating us in the back! Until a large bday party was down the way from us, but it was ok.Drinks - We came just in time for happy hour, so we indulged. I had the Mango rita- tasty. Next, I believe tequila sunrise? Not as tasty. Food - After consulting with our server about what I was interested in, I went with a big bag of seafood boil goodies. I got 1 lb of Dungeness crab, 1 lb of King crab, 1 lb of Snow crab, and 1 lobster tail. I got through it as much as I could, but I had to take some home. Feel free to take your bag home, too. My sauce level was medium. I got the BOOM sauce, and I recommend that choice. Service- Our server was good, a young asian gentleman with a positive attitude and glasses. Will try and find his name.If you decide to indulge in what I got, it's an expensive meal, probably $90+ worth of seafood. Be sure to bring a big wallet for this franchise that's sprawled across the south. Overall, good experience.

Great seafood boil. Got the lobster, shrimp and crab special. Not a fan of the corn. Little tough but I didn't come for corn. Server was great. Highly recommend

This place has some good seafood boils. We order the large combo and it was more than enough for two people . The beer was cold and service was good. Prices are reasonable.

I just want to start this review off and thank Sean. He was one of the best servers/waiters I've ever had Shaun if you're watching this you're the goat bro. Sean keep it up, your customer service was 10/10. Now about the food, the catfish made my mouth a little weird but the lemon pepper wings were incredible along with the fries. The boom sauce is a must have and paired amazingly with the onion rings and mozzarella sticks. My people had their half pounds lobster boil and when I tell you, everything was good according to them, it was. They ate all of it and said it was incredible. Overall this experience was amazing and I would definitely come back again if you're a visitor like me in the Kissimmee, Florida area. The vibe and decorations definitely was a hit. Only real knock i have is the catfish.

Excellent food ,terrible manager. Jeff the manager should be fired by the franchise owner. Arrived there 4/12/24 at 10:35 pm (restaurant closes at 11pm) he told us we could not be seated because the "dining area was closed " even though there were patrons eating. He said he did not have the staff to wait our table and refused to do it himself. Then without asking a very pleasant self starter waiter, Alejandro, came to our rescue.He told the "manager" that he would be happy to seat us and wait on us . He provided excellent customer care service and he should be promoted by the franchise owner.The food is amazing and the wait staff great. But the manger Jeff does a disservice to the brand and the owner .

It was quiet with a game silently playing on the big screen behind us. This allowed for us to talk and catch up which was the intention of this meal. Manny was our waiter. He was very friendly, patient and attentive. I also appreciated the recommendations he made for my friend as she had many questions. The food quality is not the best. Think buffet seafood it was definitely frozen and not fresh. The taste of the Boom seasoning was very flavorful and at times a bit too salty. We both had the 1/2 lb snow crab legs (1cluster) and headless shrimp. We added on mussels. It definitely satisfied our craving but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again based on the quality of the food. After finishing our meal, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the smell was nauseating. It was of mildew. I washed them quickly and opted to not use the toilet.

Great spot for Cajon seafood boil, food was great, from the calamari, to the gumbo soup to the excellent service by Chris, all great, Will definitely be back here on our next trip out here.

Went late afternoon early evening was able to get seated right away.. service was good for was tasty
