We were excited to see Catfish back on the menu. So we ordered online and got 1 Fried Catfish and 1 Blackened Catfish. REALLY wish there was an option for GRILLED CATFISH without it being blackened. It doesn't need all that extra spice. Or there could be a place on the online ordering app to indicate any modifications. But I didn't see any such field for notes or customization. We enjoyed both styles of catfish and will return next time we're in the mood for catfish. I'll probably call to indicate my preference for un-blackened preparation. The green beans seemed a bit off and the mashed potatoes weren't anything to talk about. Make sure you request gravy. But we liked the carrots, fried okra and mac n cheese. As Rewards Members, we rec'd fried cheese bites that seemed like cheese curds. Unfair to judge them as we didn't eat them fresh at the restaurant, but probably wouldn't get them again as we're not big cheese curd fans.We appreciate Cracker Barrel and will definitely return for their breakfast and catfish!

Taste: (6/10)Appearance: (9/10)Value: (8/10)General Comment:The taste of the steak was subpar mainly because I had to really utilize the salt & pepper to have some sort of flavor to the steak. It's definitely not a premium steak. The eggs were good with some salt and pepper. The hash was heavy on the butter but it was flavorful. The biscuits were way too salty even without the salted butter. I wish I had something acidic to balance out the fatness of the dish. Kameka (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very kind. She served well and made sure I was good and answered any questions I had. 10/10 for her. Cracker Barrel ambiance is very traditional. They have their set look. So 10/10 for that.

Cracker Barrel is that classic southern style restaurant you head to if you want a great breakfast, solid home cooked meal and don't want to pay a ton of money. It is a place we frequently go when we want breakfast and don't want to cook. Their food is really solid, we always have a great meal, and the staff is always friendly. We came to this location (located on 192) recently with the family for breakfast. I noticed that they have remodeled, it's been updated. It was bright inside, there was new lighting, the floors seemed new, and their tables were updated as well as adding half booth/half tables. This is completely new; I have never seen a booth here before. Cracker Barrell is on a new mission I feel. They have added alcohol to their menu within the last year, changed their menu around to include create your own meals for breakfast and now have redone the inside. I prefer this menu change for breakfast as I don't always want hashbrowns and would prefer tomatoes, which is now an option. This last visit, our server was very nice, she came over right away, greeted us, took our drink order and was just very nice. She brought refills without asking, checked on us, she was great. We were here for breakfast, so the menu is pretty standard breakfast items. My mother-in-law and my wife ordered the grandmas' breakfast: Two Pancakes, two eggs and a sampling of Bacon, Sausage and Ham, Served with choice of Breakfast Side plus 100% Pure Natural Syrup. This is a very large amount of food, but everything is great. Eggs are always cooked how you want them, their pancakes are delicious and bacon, you can never go wrong. My father-in-law ordered the same meal but French toast instead of pancakes. Personally, I prefer the pancakes, and usually help my wife finish them. I ordered the Old Timer's Breakfast: Two eggs with your choice of Breakfast Side, plus choice of Bacon or Sausage. Comes with Biscuits n' Gravy. This is the pretty standard Cracker Barrel meal and again really solid breakfast. One of our favorite items is hashbrown casserole: Shredded potatoes, Colby cheese, chopped onions, seasoning blend, salt and pepper baked in the oven for our Signature Hashbrown Casserole. I can always tell this is made fresh since the onions are very large sometimes and sometimes, they are chopped very small. Again, this is a great spot. It has been around for years; their prices are very reasonable. Their food is really good. I would say not the best place for those who do not like meat or animal products but it's a classic and standard in our book. You will get a solid meal. They also have a store with very unique items. I personally enjoy checking out their Halloween items every year. It can be very busy on the weekends but go early and just know, it is worth the wait. Aces!

Everyone has been telling me I need to try this classic southern restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Getting seated was a bit slow but once seated, the service was fast. I started with the Sweet Iced Tea and it was good. I ordered the Chicken n French Toast and it was delicious. I thought the French Toast was made really well. The biscuit and cornbread were also good, but my favorite was the cornbread. Overall, great food and experience! Would come back!

Cracker Barrel is one of those classic restaurants you go to if you are looking for good home cooking southern style food. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner is honestly just a really great meal. This is not your fancy, linen tablecloth restaurant, it is just a solid good place to eat. There are many locations around and two within 15 minutes of us. We usually come here for breakfast but have also been for lunch and dinner. Recently we visited this location with our family for breakfast. The first thing I noticed is that this location has been updated. It was bright, new lighting, their floors were updated, and their tables were also updated. You could tell the tables were new and they also have installed some half booth/half tables. This is completely new; I have never seen a booth here before. Their menu has seen some updates recently with the biggest change allowing you to create your own breakfast. We personally enjoy this update as my husband usually has to add slices of tomatoes as an extra item, however, they are now an option. Our server was very nice, came over right away, greeted us, took our drink order and was overall just very sweet. We were here for breakfast, so the menu is pretty standard breakfast items. My mom and I went with the grandmas' breakfast: Two Pancakes, two eggs and a sampling of Bacon, Sausage and Ham, Served with choice of Breakfast Side plus 100% Pure Natural Syrup. This is a lot of food; however, their pancakes are so good, and the price is less than a dollar more than the create your own, plus you get the pancakes. Their pancakes are giant, they are so delicious, fluffy and very tasty. My dad ordered the same meal but French toast instead of pancakes. My husband ordered the Old Timer's Breakfast: Two eggs with your choice of Breakfast Side, plus choice of Bacon or Sausage. Comes with Biscuits n' Gravy. This is the pretty standard Cracker Barrel meal and again really solid breakfast. One of their best items is their hashbrown casserole: Shredded potatoes, Colby cheese, chopped onions, seasoning blend, salt and pepper baked in the oven for our Signature Hashbrown Casserole. I know this is made fresh since sometimes the onions are very large, not chopped and other times, they are almost invisible. I am not a huge onion fan, so I prefer when they are almost invisible. This is just a really good side. Cheesy potatoes, you cant go wrong! All in all, this is a great location, great spot for a home cooked meal and overall, just a staple for us. We don't come here all the time, but when we are craving a really good breakfast, this is the first spot we think of. Their store always has the cutest items especially for holidays. If you have never been here, I would say check it out. It's very busy on the weekends, but it is worth the wait. And you can check out their updates inside.

I dream of Cracker Barrel lol! There arent any close to my home in NY so when I visit Orlando, it is always one of my first stops! Love the updated menu and updated decor in the restaurant. I especially love the adult beverages that are available now. The sugar plum mimosa was great! Service was great as always. The meatloaf...perfect. Hopefully will get to visit one more time before I go home!

I ended up spending a couple nights at this Cracker Barrel, taking advantage of their hospitality to park in their RV spaces when the restaurant is closed. The other CB in Kissimmee does not (according to rvparky). The parking lot was clean, level and quiet. I was not disturbed. No, I didn't eat during my "stay" because I was always out before they opened and back after they closed. Stealthy. But I will definitely be back to Cracker Barrel soon. The breakfasts are awesome and I love their grilled catfish![Review 1005 of 2024 - 1881 in Florida - 22033 overall]

This was definitely an upgraded Cracker Barrel . It was clean and bright inside. Not dark like other Cracker Barrels I've been to. The menu has ddefinitely changed, you can't order the grandma breakfast anymore. They have a grandma sampler and mamma sampler, etc. I asked for the eggs scrambled hard and they still hahad some runny, the hashbrown casserole definitely tasted different. (I didn't care for it). The sausage was good and pancakes were good. Overall, it was just okay.

Love Cracked Barrel! More than just a store, more than just a restaurant. They have plenty of options from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Today was for breakfast and sorry I didn't take pictures of the food, I was hungry and it was gone!
