What a horrible excuse for a Mexican restaurant...I've had better Mexican from a school cafeteria. Dry, dead on arrival slop, I wouldn't feed my dog. All the reviews about flavorful, good food?? Where? I'm astounded what people consider acceptable. Service, while not bad, nothing to write home about. There are far too many good Mexican places to bother with this one...Groveland deserves better.

We drove over from Clermont Florida. Smallish parking lot or you can risk your life and park along US 50. Lots of locals there. The food and service was very good. No complaints there. They must just have a wine and beer license as you could not order a Margarita. You could get a Margarita wine slushy. I took a pass on that. Otherwise all was fine. Prices were very reasonable.

Tried carry-out here for the first time yesterday. I was impressed. The rice that came with the combo meal wasn't good, but the taco, enchilada and tamale were very good. The tamale was one of the best I've had. Their salsa is really delicious as well. Reasonable prices too. We will be back.

I am PREGNANT & sensitive: MARIANA the cashier, not only gave me an attitude when i asked to remove an item from my bill that I ended up not even touching, but also a brief history lesson on what Mexicans eat or don't eat. (I was craving a black bean quesadilla) She could've simply said nothing, removed the item and let me pay my bill in peace as I had specifically shared that I am indeed pregnant. I'm a slim woman, so it doesn't show much but pregnant and emotional non the less. The attitude and history lesson were unnecessary and unasked for.My waitress Miah however was an ANGEL and am forever grateful to her understanding nature as she 1. Tried to accommodate my craving and 2. gently dismissed my no longer wanting the item without a fuss. I am giving this review 1 star due to the cashier's attitude but would've given it 5+ (food was delicious) if I wouldn't have gotten indigestion due to her mistreatment.

Relatively decent Mexican food in a simple and humble environment. The burritos are good and the service is friendly and professional. All in all, this is a nice hidden gem in an unlikely place. I would definitely recommend a visit here.

Love this casual Mexican spot. It's a family favorite, so we'll be back. I've always loved the margaritas here, but I was shocked to learn they don't t have a liquor license. So it is made from wine. May seem impossible, but they are so tasty, with no buzz or hangover afterwards. We tried traditional, mango and strawberry versions at our table. Our first batch of chips were good. Made in house with a delicious, fresh salsa. I prefer the queso with a hint of jalapeño. I nearly licked the bowl. None left. Unfortunately, our second basket of chips was bad, tasting like they were cooked in old oil. My in laws enjoyed shrimp fajitas which came heaping with a dozen shrimp, roasted green & red peppers and onions. And your choice of corn or flour tortillas. It is so much food that they bring half home for a second meal. I enjoyed the carnitas which came with onions and fajita toppings, plus choice of tortillas. I thought it was tasty. But they are on the drier side vs marinated carnitas. I supplemented with the queso for the chips. My husband had a chicken burrito filled with shredded chicken and beans with red sauce. Of course, all the meals came with Mexican rice and retried beans which my companions loved. Place is fairly large. Service was great despite being shorthanded. This a is go to place.

Stopped here for lunch with the team while working at Groveland City Hall. We were seated right away even though the business looked packed. It was a really good lunch. The food came quickly, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and filling. We would definitely come back again. Not over the top delicious but quick good food!

5 stars for attentive, efficient and amazing service, great delivery of the food and presentation, and rapid and efficient service. OH! And price is great for portion size and fresh quality! Found this place on Yelp, of course, and noticed that the price was good, menu options delicious and the photos were great so why not?! As soon as we walked in we were immediately seated. As soon as we sat we were already brought salsa and chips, which I noticed a separate employee does that part AND he was on top of it, which I love. Our waiter came by soon after and he was very efficient and friendly. I noticed all the employees were very attentive and efficient, which I LOVE! The food - OMG - great portion and so worth the price! I already wanted a chimichanga and that was the special for today (Monday). $8 for a great quality chicken chimichanga with fresh Guacamole, retried beans and Mexican rice?! *drops mic* the chicken was very flavorful. It's as if the the shredded chicken was sautéed for 24 hours lol. The food was awesome. The hubby order a super coyote burrito smothered in white sauce - phenomenal. I will say that the decor of the place was quite odd but I was not going to let that reflect in the star rating.

Great food , drinks and service. Atmosphere is like most Mexican restaurants in Florida. Have only tried the Fajitas so far, but they were excellent.
