I can't say enough good things about Coro Restaurant! From start to finish, this place is an absolute gem. The service was impeccable -- not only did the staff provide attentive and friendly service, but the chefs themselves also brought out each dish and took the time to explain what we were about to enjoy. It felt like we were being guided through a curated culinary experience. The concept of ordering everything at once was a nice change of pace. The timing of the dishes was flawless, with each course coming out in perfect succession, so you never feel rushed or overwhelmed. They truly master the art of pacing! While they don't offer soft drinks, their small but carefully selected menu of beer, wine, sake, and juice pairs beautifully with their dishes, allowing you to focus on the food and the experience. The menu is constantly evolving, so I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try what's new.As for the food -- WOW. Every dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The gnocchi with mushrooms was a standout for me; the gnocchi was pillowy soft, with a savory sauce that complemented the delicate mushrooms perfectly, topped with a satisfying crunch. The chocolate cake with olive oil ice cream was a decadent yet light dessert, rich in flavor but not overwhelming. But the true showstopper was the apple dessert. It was an explosion of flavors that harmonized so perfectly, I couldn't believe how well everything worked together. It was a surprise in the best possible way.We also shared many other dishes, each one a standout in its own right. The carrots were perfectly complemented by the stratcietella. The snapper crudo was fresh, light, and packed with flavor, making for a refreshing start. The sprouts and lettuce was a salad like none other I've had. The potato naan was warm and soft. The duck was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, with a crispy skin that added just the right touch. Every dish we tried was delicious in its own way, and it's clear that Coro puts incredible care and attention into everything they prepare. You really can't go wrong with anything you order here!Coro is definitely a place I'll return to time and time again. If you're looking for a dining experience that's not just a meal but an adventure in flavors, this is the place to be!

It's been almost 2 months since I was at Coro and I cannot stop thinking about how fantastic it is. I don't know how often the menu changes, so what I had may not be available now. I'm going to sound like a pig, but I was with a friend and we wanted to try the most items possible. We ordered 7 items plus a dessert. The problem with waiting 2 months to write this review is I can't remember all of the dishes. Our server/chef was incredible. She was able to describe items we had questions about in a way that instantly made us order everything we asked about. She wasn't intrusive and didn't overly check on us; she was literally perfect. The restaurant itself is great, too; it looks nice and inviting and it was full but not loud. The kitchen is towards the front and it didn't seem noisy or chaotic like I imagine a restaurant kitchen. The food was absolutely delightful as well as incredibly delicious. One item I ordered on a whim, the spring onion fries, was surprisingly flavorful and we couldn't believe that it held its own against oysters, mussel toast, aged coulotte, and the Florida fish. (Really wish I could remember our other items right now.) Dessert was the dish with peaches; I could have probably had another one without sharing (and considered it). I truly loved everything about my Coro experience and highly recommend you try it.

Absolutely incredible! The menu changes often based on what fresh ingredients are available which is awesome because each time we go back we would want to try new things. It's rare to order a lot of shared plates and enjoy every single one. The flavors were so rich and unique! It's a very intimate space with views right into the kitchen. The chefs themselves bring some of the dishes out and explain them. This spot is a gem!

Guys, when i tell you that you will not find a place like this, i mean it.You can really tell how much the chefs here put out through the creations that they create. Honestly, from the first time you walk in to when you leave. Each dish is made fresh every day. The menu continues to change DAILY and the quality consistently stays the same. You can taste their hearts and souls as they bless you with each meal.Let me tell you, i HATED lamb. Ive tried it a million times and yet the only place that surprises me was this place. They really know how to choose the finest and best quality meats here and was able to cook it to perfection so that you can barely taste the gamey-ness. I also loved their first and last bite concepts. You can taste the sweetness and ripeness of the avocado and pure honey from the honeycomb. My absolute favorite were the Canadian oysters. I am a sucker for them and when i tell you they know whats up, trust me! They paired it so so well with the shoyu datil green sauce.I AM OBSESSED!

If the Bear existed as a live restaurant in Orlando this would be it. Creative small plates with various choices of high quality wine, beer, and sake. This is a great intimate spot to go with a small group or on a date. Service was great and all the food I had was delicious. I will include this in my weekend dinner rotation for sure.

This new restaurant in Audubon Park is "chef's kiss!" From the outside it looks kind of small, but when you walk in it has a decent sized dining space with an open kitchen. They designed the restaurant beautifully--it feels open yet intimate, sleek but still inviting. Service was impeccable. Everyone very friendly and attentive throughout the entire meal. My friend and I shared six small plates and a dessert, which was the perfect amount of food to share. I felt perfectly content at the end of the meal. For cold dishes we ordered the beets, Florida fish cold dish, and a melon/cucumber salad. For hot dishes we ordered the potato naan, spring onion fries, and coullote steak. The standouts for me included the melon salad Florida fish, onion fries, and the potato naan. The melon salad had a perfect hint of spice with the sweet mix of melons, cucumber, and stracciatella. The Florida fish cold fish was also delicious. The potato naan with that butter was phenomenal--savory, melt in your mouth perfection. The onion fries were also incredible. The coullote (steak) was also very tasty. Perfectly cooked, tender with a sweet potato and wilted greens. Although, I must admit that we wished we had ordered the fish special as recommended. To finish our meal we shared the peach, caramelized yogurt, and marcona almond dessert. It was an amazing blend of peach, yogurt ice cream, and this delicious savory and sweet nutty crumble. Every dish was beautifully crafted and perfectly curated. You could see and taste the artistry put into every dish. I also appreciate the fact that they use local ingredients from Florida farms and will continue to have an ever-evolving menu. I'm excited to return and try some more. I expect them to easily get a Bib Gourmand. Bravo!

My husband brought me this past weekend and we had a wonderful experience! The food was all so creative and very tasty! Their menu changes often, but when we were there our favorites were the raviolo and the rutabaga, but honestly everything was *chefs kiss*. Their service style is different than any other restaurant we've been to, where the cooks are also the servers! Definitely looking forward to coming back & trying new dishes!

Everything was delicious. You can taste a combination of flavors in each dish, while they also manage to maintain some individuality of flavor among each dish. This will be one of the most recognized restaurants in Orlando very soon. Service was also incredible.

Very impressed with everything at Coro: chef has great pedigree (ex-Prato/Lukes), the location is convenient and easy to park at, and the food is outstanding. Came for a special menu that allowed sampling, and favorites were the naan bread, snapper app, and beets appetizer. Food is artfully composed and presented, and worthy of mention in the next Michelin guide. Service is unique in that the chefs are servers (makes sense for a small restaurant really), and the check is easy to pay by scanning a barcode. Love this place. Only suggestion: the 20% service is already included, so it's a little confusing to have the option the add 15/18/20% when paying using the online/app (yes, additional gratuity is welcome, but it shouldn't have 15-20% options - maybe 5%? The 20% already added is fair).

One of the best meals I've had in recent memory, can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!Everything was thoughtfully prepared, presented and explained by the chefs, and delicious. The interior is well designed and modern, without being over the top. Everything feels in its place and everything has a purpose. I also love that the kitchen is open so you can see the dishes being prepared in real time. The service was exceptional, everyone was kind and attentive, with the chefs taking the time to break down the ingredients and thought behind each dish. The menu is made up of small plates ordered a la carte, with 2-3 dishes recommended per person to be shared. We found this to be accurate, finding 6 dishes to be the perfect amount for two people. The coffee/potato dessert was unforgettable, inspired by dipping fries in a frosty. The coulette course was delicious, and the curry in the shrimp dish was packed with flavor. The raw wagyu starter is also a must.Highly recommend checking out Coro, the menu is updated daily so always something new to try!
