Cody's On 4th

Walked in at Lunch and took a while to be seated even though there were tables open. Then after being seated we waited for menus and to make a drink order but we were not approached. The service was poor with several individuals hanging behind the counter. I was hungry and needed food so we left. How very disappointing!!!!

Just finished mount dora 5 k and went to come in for a drink to go! I got a chai latte! The staff are friendly and the decorations are warm and cozy! Chai latte is yummy and worth the money to get!!!

I am still dreaming about the Hangover breakfast sandwich three weeks later. We were are party to four on a Saturday morning while visiting the magical town that is Mount Dora. We sat outside under an umbrella and had the best carrot cake as an appetizer. Fresh herbs were picked for cocktails straight from garden pots out front. The service was lovely. The food notably good- as mentioned, the hangover sandwich was superb!! Everyone was pleased with their meals. I'd like to frequent Cody's!!

Stopped here to get a bite in the morning and it was packed! It's definitely a popular spot. The service was friendly and my to go order of a BLT was taken quickly. Unfortunately the kitchen was very overwhelmed by the full cafe because my simple sandwich took forever. And once I got it I wasn't impressed. BLT's are simple but they can still be messed up. I think this is a cute place but it can't handle large volumes.

This our favorite little breakfast spot.... We love to come very early to enjoy a nice coolDay outside and have the view of the small town. Food is good ... pretty easy bagels. Service is great - small town feel at it's best.

Stopped in for breakfast. Food was delicious and service was friendly and fast. We will definitely be back next time we visit.

Ham and kitchen tasted rubbery. Excellent tomato basil soup. Male server talked extremely loud and was annoying, as he ate facing customers as everyone around him was subjected to his reasons for why he hasn't gone to nearby Pisces Rising and The Handlebar. He was a bit pushy and rushed us in deciding on the menu. He also messed up our order, because he was too busy chatting it up with the girl server. We would have stayed for dessert but we went to the cupcake place across the street, just to get away from this guy.

Had a wonderful lunch, we had the chicken salad and the grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and tomato, can I just say, YUM! The waitress was top notch and filled up our peach tea without us having to flag her down. Its a quaint, relaxing place to have a great lunch and enjoy some down time with cool ac.

Not a lot of breakfast options in Mount Dora. But if you want microwaved bacon and microwaved quiche this is your spot! The sounds of the microwave coming from the kitchen were non stop. Disappointed with the quality. The mimosas were on point tho!
