Unfortunately we just left the 6pm showing of Deadpool on theater #2 Half the room lights remained on during the showing , I went to the counter at the beginning of the movie and asked if they could do something and then I called twice during the movie , I spoke to an employee that contacted the manager on duty and nothing was done about the issue . As far as the movie nachos , the cheese wasn't melted ,it was a paste , but I didn't feel like complaining about it . I've been coming to this "hidden gem of a theater" as I used to call it for years unfortunately the experience it's been declining and getting worse with each visit as of lately . It was a pretty slow night so I don't understand how hard it was to shut the lights off once the movie started or at least attempt to do so after the 3rd time I brought this up.

I need this place to stay strong. Super nice staff, classically delicious popcorn and buckets of beer? It's heaven. The restrooms, theaters and common spaces are always clean. FYI - I've never been able to get the website to work so we always get our tickets at the window. Please don't let the curse of downtown steal this gem from us.

Went to see Moana 2 on opening day, and only 3 other families in the theatre. So it was quiet. Food was good, loved the monster Nachos. Theater smelled like smoke, which is weird seeing it's a non smoking building. Overall it was a good experience.

I've been to Cobb theater numerous times. I live downtown therefore it's convenient. Yesterday the man working the box office wasn't friendly, went to buy a kid pack the debit/credit machines were not workin, so we went and got cash out of the ATM, now none of the sodas were working- either flat, no syrup or out of order. Very disappointed. Next time I'll drive further to get a satisfactory experience

Hey I brought my 3 wives here all the way from Europe and I am deeply disappointed, not mad,not angry just sadly disappointed. The WiFi was down and it's it's not their fault but a kind email saying that cash only would have been nice. I am also deeply sadden because I am also a stock holder and I see why there stock is absolutely in shambles because of this place not writing this cause I'm mad just deeply sadden.

Where to begin...if all the soap in the womens bathroom is empty/not working, 3/5 faucets are not working, three ICEE machines and the only Butter machine are broken then you probably should not be open. This was a big lesson learned I will never visit this theater again. There was no one at the ticket area to check us in, 3 high schoolers ran the concessions. The kitchen looked super scary, (saw this after eating my nachos ) and the $15 nachos were not great.

We visited this theater for the first time since before COVID to watch the new Deadpool movie. Unfortunately, this place is not what it used to be. This review does not reflect on the employees at all, who are all responsive and nice. The facility just isn't being maintained. It was filthy everywhere except for the lobby and hallways. Bathrooms, theater, parking elevator... just gross. The theater seats are broken and the cushions are ripped. One positive is the way the seats are situated, everyone has a good view (except the two seats elevated behind the entrance). The movie screen had a tear in it. The menu and drinks have dwindled (likely since COVID). What they do serve, basically all fried bar food, is good if you don't mind a ton of salt and are hungry. They used to have draft beer and now they only offer a couple of bottles. I really don't like leaving reviews that are under 4 stars, but I also want my fellow yelpers to get the most for their money and time. This place sadly is not it anymore.

A group of us went because we wanted to try the cinema grill experiand heard good things about this cinema unfortunately I felt we were pranked. Even though there is a billboard to indicate the cinema was in the plaza there were no other directional sign to indicate to go up the escalator to the box office. Even though I purchased the tickets ahead of time, I still had to wait in line at the ticket counter to have the ticket scanned instead of at the door. Once inside, we went to the concession counter were I we blown away by the prices. Most combos started at $13.99 which really wasn't that bad but if you wanted a "a la cart" item, like a hot dog, it was still $13.99 (o_O)I was disappointed because they were out of several items like queso for the nachos and steak for the cheesesteaks among other things. The movie theater itself was okay but once you calculate the time and effort of getting to the theater plus parking in downtown Orlando, I felt that this was a underwhelming experience where I choose not to repeat.

Awful Experience here when I went to see Godzilla x Kong. Bad attitude from the employees and I don't think they ever cleaned the bathrooms. Going elsewhere for my future movie going experience.
